Hair Definition

Chris is the only person I ever let touch my hair, know one else knows how to deal with this head of thick, wavy, frizzy mess I have, the only exception is her. She has done every haircut perfectly and gave the perfect suggestions, she colored my hair amazingly and made it fit my wavy hair. Every time I walk out she makes me feel confident. Plus, I’ve known her so long it’s like talking to a friend who cuts your hair great, while having a full blown conversation! I won’t ever, go anywhere else.

I am new to Hair Definations I went to Chris, she is the best hairdresser I ever went to. She made my hair silky and gave me the best haircut. I never received so many compliments. Thanks Chris

I am new to the area and decided to try out this salon. Sandy, cut my hair and did a fantastic job. She took her time, asked lots of questions to make sure all was great. I love my hair cut, and I believe I have found my new salon.

I go here to have my hair cut and colored by Chris — she’s the best! I’ve been going to Chris for years and won’t change for anyone else!

Great place to get your hair done! Liza is fabulous! She colored my daughters end purple & it turned out wonderful! We are so pleased with how it turned out! Liza is a very sweet, professional and has great customer service! We will definitely use her again! All the ladies that work there are fabulous! I highly recommend them!

I saw a advertisement in front of the salon and went in to ask about hair extensions. I waited a few minutes and Sandy, gave me a consultation right than. She really knew what she was talking about, I booked an appointment with her and never been so happy with my hair!!! She did hair extensions and no one would ever know that I had them! She is so good and used the right hair unlike other salons have done in the past. She gave me so much information on caring for my hair, etc. she really took the time to do my hair perfect. I will only go to her from now one, so happy I found her.

I’ve been going to Sandy for about six months now. I think she’s an excellent hairstylist. Sandy has been doing my extensions and my boyfriend says my hair looks the best it’s looked in 17 years!
She has colored and cut my hair also… I have never had anyone do such a nice job layering my hair! She is a great stylist and
takes a lot of pride in what she does.

I have known Sandy Leiendecker for many years, and she has now been doing my hair for the past 3 years, and I live in Petaluma.
Sandy knows cut and color and does an amazing job and I am very picky about my hair.
Sandy knows hair, so well that when she saw I had colored my hair a deep brown (she insists it was black) We, collectively decided I needed to go back to the blonde everyone back then remembered me as.
This has been a gradual pocess bringing that youthful look back to me ;-) and I love my hair each and every time I walk out of her salon.
Not to mention the wonderful opportunity I have to catch up with my friend.

I was a walk in at hair definition looking for hair extensions and that how i met sandy. She is an excellent hair stylist. i have never been more happy with my hair in my whole life. sandy did such an amazing job with these hair extensions for me. she has helped me boost my self esteem. i would recommend anyone getting hair extensions or even just a hair cut because she is that good. Really GOD gave sandy a beautiful gift of styling hair and a beautiful human being she is. all the people who worked at hair definition were very kind and pleasant to be around. im keeping sany for my hair stylist and my hair extensions are so beautiful. I’ve been going to Marion for 15 years, she’s the best! Everyone that I’ve referred to her has been very happy too. Marion can be busy, but it’s worth waiting to get an appointment with her.

I love Pam. She really gets the way hair moves, and I always get compliments on my hair after leaving the salon. And, all at a great price. Last week I got both highlights and a haircut for the first time and my new «streaks» are looking great – plus my hair looks even healthier than before. I’m moving further down the Peninsula and will probably still make the trek up to San Bruno for Pam’s haircuts. Worth the trip…

I go here to have my haircuts done by Pam Legaspi. I first met her when she was working at a tiny salon in Colma and I’ve followed her around since then because she’s the only one who’s been able to give me consistently professional quality and flattering cuts at a reasonable price ($ 35-​$ 45 with tip). I wear my hair very short, and Pam is able to make it interesting — adding choppy texture and shaping it in a way to suit my face shape. I actually feel like I have a hip/​modern style vs. just «boy hair» — now I get comments like, «I love your pixie haircut!» What I love about Pam is that she’ll take the time to consult with you and also discuss the best options for a cut and style based on your natural hair texture and how much time you want to spend on fixing it everyday. She also specializes in color/​highlighting.
The other stylists here are all friendly and I watch them work their magic on their clients — ranging from kid’s haircuts to permanents and updos… still, I only trust Pam with my hair and would probably not go back to Hair Definition if she were to move away someplace further.

I come here a lot, Sandy is my usual. This place is Great except for the price (including tip) and they never give you what you want. I come out loving my new cut but its never what i wanted or expected.
They wash, dry, cut, and style all for one price! its good but a little too pricey for me, But i always end up going there when i can’t find anywhere else to go.
Their great for men haircuts too!

Mon Diokno, Stylist & Colorist extraordinaire — Aside from his great pricing, Mon has the ability to «learn» and «know» your hair instinctively. Mon was recommended to me by a friend who always had great hair and always talked about her regular visits.
I haven’t been quite as religious about cutting and styling my hair so I don’t visit him as often as I’d like, but everytime I do, it’s such a wonderful treat for myself. I’m very low key about my hairstyle — I just want to wash it, tussle it, and go. My family/​friends have always complemented me after a visit with Mon and notice the subtle, yet distinct haircut/​style.
Mon’s always been able to accommodate last minute appointment requests and understands my request for no hairspray, please! He no longer does up-do’s but will style hair for special events. He always seems booked, but because I have such simple needs, he’s always able to squeeze me in between appointments. Also, it’s a nice, clean, convenient location off El Camino Real, in San Bruno.
