Big surprise. This place hasn’t even changed. Just as bad as the last time I was here. I know I vowed to never return to this BK but my mom was getting her nails done and I was craving Burger King. Gee what a mistake that was…

It’s 7:24 pm now on a Monday night. It’s very slow and quiet, yet the place is filthy. Several tables have garbage on them. Same with the floor. It sucks that cleanliness is lacking this evening. It’s also crappy seeing that the patrons before me are disrespectful pigs who probably still expect their mommies to clean after them. How do you not clean up after yourself? The cashier had this total FML attitude about him but he probably had a rough day or a messed up customer. At least he got our order right and he’s diligently working. Not lazy. Food was made quickly and fresh. Everything was delicious. Update… Just as I finished posting my review the cashier had come out and cleaned up the whole place so I’m adding a star. :)

Hate this location of Burger King. People are rude that work here. They are just I guess miss treated. This location also does do the specials that other burger king do.

After a movie the other day, the wife and I decided to «settle» on BK for a quick bite… and luckily, there is one RIGHT next to the theaters at Tanforan. Nice thing about BK, you kinda know what you get, right? WRONG. This place is not a whole lot bigger than a closet. In a space at least 50% too small, they’ve crammed not only the counter, but the soft drink bar and condiment bar right next to it. If anyone decides to stand in the wrong place(like, say, at the counter paying for food), then everything gets jammed up. The # of tables is again way too many for such a small place. Better off just asking patrons to eat out in the main food court. Finally, it is dirty. The floor needed sweeping and mopping beyond belief. The table we did get was just smothered in ketchup stains, and you could literally wipe the dirt off the table itself with a wet napkin. Ugh…I don’t think we’ll be back to this one.

This place sucks. With all the options inside a food court, why bother going to this place since they don’t have the values like other fast food joints or even the values of other BK. I came here the other day and just wanted a simple Whopper Jr., looking at the prices they didn’t have a dollar menu, so ended up going downstairs to Anderson’s Bakery instead.

There is some nasty food here. A group of about 5 of us went here before heading to SF Airport. None of us enjoyed the food. As for me experience, I ordered a double cheeseburger [how can they F that up, right?]. Well, they managed to by drowning it with Costco like portions of mustard. Thats pretty much all I could taste. A mouthfull of mustard. I’m pretty certain there was more mustard on there than there was meat. And though I wiped a good 3 – 4 tablespoons of it off with napkins and another tablespoon of it with the wrapper it came in, the mustard was still prevalent. Indigestion for the rest of the night.

I’m not judging the BK food because they taste alike in all stores. I’m judging strictly on the restaurant itself. This has got to be the smallest BK in the world. It’s located on the 2nd floor of Tanforan(somehow, not even in the food court). Seating is very limited. Whoever sits near the counter will be crowded in by the people who are waiting for their food. Ever since this BK opened, they’ve had problems with their drink machines(no drinks, no ice yada yada). Geez, get your act together BK. And while you’re at it, why don’t you add more seating?
