I found out about Bluebird Inspections when I looked at a house whose seller provided a report by them. Their report was wonderfully detailed, and when I was looking to get my own inspection, Bluebird was at the top of my list.
Steve came by to inspect my condo and was fast, thorough, and knowledgeable. The report came back quickly (the next day!) with very nice detail about his findings, as well as ample photos and recommendations for fixes.

John (the inspector) was great! They responded timely and the inspection reports that they gave us was v clear, detailed and helpful. In addition to quick report turn-around (they provided the report within one day), the inspector also answered any additional question that we had afterwards.
Finally, John took plenty of pictures so it made reading his report easier. We will recommend John to anyone who needs inspector for home purchasing/selling. FYI — we used this company for home and termite inspection.

How did I discover Bluebird Inspections? There was a home that was inspected by this company and I was able to read the report. It was very thorough and I was impressed. A month later, I called up John form Bluebird and ask for his service on a home that I was interested in. He and his team was able to do the physical inspection which included the roof, foundation and termites. I was given the report a few days later and I was again impressed with his detail. I also had to call him the second time to further inspect the attic because the tenants were not cooperating during the first time. There was a small fee for the second visit which I was absolutely fine with.
I recommend Bluebird Inspections and I will be using them again in the future.
