Great food but beers are hotter than Hotter my waiter had to put my beers in be freezer for a while before he served them to me

Party of 20 people with open tables that we can see and still made us wait 1 hour … Horrible service

I’m never coming back. Bad service. Food was cold. The bar was filled with used glasses. I should call health department.

This place is always good and fresh food. I always order the table guacamole to snack on with the chips and salsa. Chips are always fresh along with the homemade tortillas. Very polite staff and attentive. With the bus line running through E St it’s kinda tricky to get back to freeway but don’t be discouraged to get to good food.

Hubby and I came in for lunch today. Amairani was our server today and she did a great job. Hubby had the shrimp cocktail and two fish tacos. I had my usual three item combo. Food and service just keeps getting better with each visit.

Today was not my first time dining at Villa’s, however it was my first time going on a Sunday. Unfortunately the food wasn’t fresh. The meat tasted like yesterday’s meat, and the masa for the tortillas tasted and smelled old. Service was great. We were sat right away and the waiter was very attentive.

Don’t waist your time. The food was okay (nothing to brag about, but not terrible). The service was horrible. While the waitress was nice enough, she could not get the order right and there was nothing done to compensate for the multiple mess ups. Find another place to eat if you want a nice dining experience.

My family and I order to go pretty frequently at least 3 times a month, 50% of the time they forget something mistakes happen we are human. What’s not ok is what happened last night. I order on the phone. Picked my order, drive home in Loma Linda and they forgot my 3 orders of tortillas. Boo! Ok so I call and let them know and the response was «so what do you want? You want your tortillas then? «mmmm yes, maybe cuz I paid for them. She tells me they will make them and for me to go back. Not gonna lie I’m a little annoyed at this time. I get there and no one is aware that I’m picking up my tortillas, keep in mind that my family is eating with out me and my food is already cold. I asked for the manager and a waitress rolls her eyes at me… What? Wow. Then the manager comes and asks the cook to make the tortillas and she’s mad that the manager is asking her why they weren’t done. Mistakes happen people but $ 35 for 7 tacos and 1 torta and a lots of attitude just not worth it. Manager tried to offer me a dessert, I told him I don’t want nothing free just what I ordered and maybe a coaching lesson on customer service to his crew.

Horrible service… couldn’t even get waters all around — we waited long time just for water and over 30 min just to take our orders. Waited over 1hr for our food!!! Still wrong! And missing plates. Ordered coctel del patron and it was very bland. Very small even though it said (Large)
Keep in mind manager was attending us and there were plenty of waiters walking around. She said it would be more faster to not separate orders. So it became complicated when the check came around. When we told them we weren’t happy with the wait and food they just looked at us like really? Ok. Guess it doesn’t bother them much.
Will never come back again…

‼‼NEVER AGAIN‼‼ This was my first and last time I will ever eat here! Their service is shitty. We had to wait 15 min just for our drinks. The waitress never came to see if we needed anything once our food came. We had to get her attention for refills. The food was ok but not satisfying at all! When we were done we asked for boxes she then again got lost for another 10 min. She never came back for our payment. They’re Lucky I’m a honest person cause I seriously should’ve just walked, since she wasn’t paying attention anyway!!! So in my opinion if you haven’t been here and are thinking about giving it a try. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. ITS NOT WORTH THE $ 65.00 WE PAID!!!

The food was great. We had chile verde, mulita, tacos and guacamole… Although the food was great service was not. They were not very attentive to our drinks or napkins they charge for every refill without notice. We paid $ 11.00 for an horchata and The bathroom was dirty.

Passing through Colton, decided to spend the night at a Comfort Inn at 450 Sperry Dr, Colton, CA 92 324. Hotel was nice and very clean. Manager, Theresa Mendoza was very friendly and accommodating.
We went to Viva Villas Fresh Grill & Tequila for supper. All I can say is fantastic. Service great, server, Sandra is super. Shrimp cocktail was more than expected. Want to move here from New Mexico so we can eat here more often and run through the entire menu.

Food is very authentic Mexican food. Unfortunately a regular margarita is overpriced at $ 11.00! A bottle of Pacifico is $ 6.00, alcohol prices here are very steep! Come for the good but not the alcohol.

This is place is ok… for me mexican food taste better straight out of a hole in the wall. I love the original one on Slover. their tacos taste AMAZING! Honestly dont compare to anything else.

I’ve been eating Mexican food my entire life & this is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant!
Everything I’ve had there is DELICIOUS!

My wife and I have been curious about this place for a few years. We finally decided to try it out and weren’t disappointed. The ambiance pleasant, the drinks delicious and the service superb! Our server Luis was so very helpful and friendly and so was the rest of the staff. We only had drinks, but are definitely coming back for the food.

Has anybody gotten the stomach flu or similar symptoms after eating here?
About a day and a half ago, a friend and I ate at this restaurant and between last night and today we started developing stomach flu-​like symptoms. First the vomiting, chills, body aches, headaches, and today came the stomach cramps and diarrhea. We didn’t share another common meal after this time so I’m wondering if anybody else has had these symptoms after eating here whether in the past or recently.

Margarita was the bomb… my food was overpriced and not all that tasty. It looked good though… What kind made up for my bland dish was I asked for a habenero salsa. To my surprise they made some and it was delicious… Super hot and I loved it!!! We also ordered their fresh guacamole salsa. That was very good but for the amount of salsa we had to ask for 4 refills of chips because they gave us one baby basket and there was 5 people in our table.

Always only come here for the carne asada burritos, they make them exactly the way i like them.
