El Pollo Loco

I have never seen such a great manager in a fast food restaurant. That works sooo hard that pleases her customers. That works well with her staff. Always smiling. Works with all her heart never standing around multitasking. Really this girls is great I hope one day she grows even more because she is a great asset to this company!!! Very awesome it great to see there is people that enjoy there work this hard still!

yuck… ordered the «Hand Carved Mango Avocado chicken salad» it claimed to have cilantro, corn, pepitas, cotija cheese, avo, mango, salsa & vinaigrette dressing in it. all I got in it was a small amount of lettuce (which was NOT fresh) like 6 kernels of corn, a sprinkle of cotija (like seriously, the amount of the tip of my thumb), a «squirt» of salsa, 2 smooshed slices of avovado NO cilantro No pepitas (whatever that is) NO Vinigrette dressing & No Mango! holy geez! im glad my hubby asked for extra cilantro ranch dressing for his food… this salad was over 8 bux. Not to mention the chicken tasted like it was a day old and some pieces where cold and some were «kinda» warm.

Been coming here off and on for almost a year now. This place is GREAT! You know how I can back that statement up? Come here, any day of the work week, and tell me it isn’t PACKED inside. People don’t flock to where stuff tastes bad… right?
Every time I’ve come, the salsa bar is fully stocked (sometimes messy, but that’ll happen during the lunch hour rush). The beverage area is kept fairly clean, and I’ve always seen the manager send out an employee to wipe down the beverage area whenever they wipe down tables for new guests (which is fairly often).
I’m a huge fan of «The Crazy Chicken». I love almost all of their menu items, and I LOOOVE that guacamole salsa on practically EVERYTHING! This El Pollo Loco is no exception. The food I get from here tastes the same as every other location I’ve had from it.
I really love that they’ve expanded their menu a bit recently because the only thing I love more than chicken: SHRIMP!!!

I had the worst cust service experience here. My friends ordered the family meal that comes with 8 pieces of chicken, 4 enchiladas, two large sides, warm tortillas and 4 churros.
After placing our order and watching the employees chatting away, in no rush to prepare the food for their only customers, I realize that the cashier never asked what sides we wanted. When we got her attention and explained, she said it comes with beans and rice. If that were true then the sign advertising the deal would state the meal specifically comes with beans and rice, not 2 sides.
We ask her if there’s anyway she can just change the sides to Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. She made a huff and said not without messing up her inventory. I worked in the food business, a cup of beans and rice will not screw up anyone’s inventory. Especially considering all the spoiled food and lost items that happen throughout the fiscal year.
Finally our food is being packaged and she demands the server to throw away the beans and rice. She prints out a form I assume is used to explain the change in order, puts it on the counter for us to fill out and walks away never to be seen again.
Then, the server wants to add to the mix by piling the entire meal combo into one plastic bag. Really?
To top it off, the chicken and the churros were disgustingly undercooked. Next time I would much rather eat at the Juan pollo located just down the street.

This was my first time here. They got my order wrong. Employees seemed disorganized. Salsa bar not stocked with correct size lids for the cups that were at the salsa bar. And this was all BEFORE the lunch rush at noon. I hate to think of what it was like 30 minutes later. My salad didn’t taste as fresh as it usually does at other locations. Maybe they were having a bad day but I’ll be avoiding this location in the future.

This location was super clean and the staff was great. The food was great as always.
