Very helpful and nice staff. Had everything we needed for our pool! Good prices. They even do pool services! This will be our new go to pool supply store.

SBPS gets all my pool-​related business. It is where I purchase all the supplies we need to maintain our pool, and they’re who we call when there’s something we can’t fix for ourselves. They are knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Whenever we’ve needed a repair, they’ve been able to get someone to our home within 2 days. They give great advice and their ability to diagnosis problems just based on a description of the issue is really impressive.
There is a Leslie’s 3 times closer to my home but I drive right by it because SBPS has proven that they’re SO MUCH BETTER.

I’ve been a customer for years. Was very satisfied with the service until the last 9 months. Poor service on our pool. We had to call them when we noticed algae and they apparently never noticed when our equipment was in need of repair. The final straw was when they OVER charged for a pool cleaning after the last storm (started at $ 1000, my final cost was $ 250). When I went in to complain, they had no idea what their service people were telling customers. I was even told by one of their employees that they charged a customer for a repair when they caused the problem. When I was in the store, the manager I spoke with made racist remarks (told me I should get Jose, who works out of his truck). I think I find a quality service company who isn’t so rude!

As for the walk-​in portion of the store, they have a great selection for being able to pick up parts same day when needed. I called many other stores for parts for my pump and had not be able to locate them anywhere. Though with this benefit comes a bit of a steep price hike, which is understandable though for holding inventory. Will definitely return if I need a part day of.
Though what really drove me to hop online and post a review is their pool repair and servicing services. After battling with my pump and plumbing for my pool for about a week (which consisted of changing out o-​rings, gaskets, main seal and impeller for what appeared to be an air leak) I decided it was time to call a professional before I did more harm than good
I made an appointment Thursday and they made it out Monday morning. The technician that arrived was on time, very kind, and extremely thorough in explaining what may be the issue and steps I could take aside from those that would require a service call actually. He asked me to perform those tasks and let him know if they worked for me and if they did not he would return the following day; in a very honest attempt to save me some cash. I performed the tasks and had no luck, so I let the technician know and he scheduled me for his first stop the following morning.
Not only did he quickly discover the issue, solve it, and explain how to prevent it, He than proceeded to repair another issue that may have caused a problem in the near future at no cost extra from the service call.
Will definitely be making a call to San Bernardino Pool Supply the next time I have a issue beyond my capabilities. I suggest the same to you if your looking for competent, kind and honest pool technicians.

San Bernardino Pool Service is family owned and operated, and has been in business for years BECAUSE of the quality service that they provide.
SBPS has knowledgeable technicians to perform repairs and can do the work at your home or on a carry-​in basis. They do neat work, and the price is reasonable for the quality of work performed.
The pool chemicals they sell are the same ones used by the professional pool service industry… just stop by in the morning and you’ll see the pool guys loading up product for the day.

They have been doing my pool for years. The old owner and his group of sales reps, are by far the best in the area.
They have installed a pool pump, filter, re-​piped, cleaned and unclogged my pool a number of times.
Price is always low.
After the big fire years ago… they drained and cleaned my pool for 100 bucks. Never will I forget that.
