I went in earlier this evening and ordered a garbage burrito dry and guacamole I got home and found out that it was loaded with hot sauce and did not have guacamole. I have been unsuccessful at contacting the store I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for over 2 hours and no luck I give up…

We drove 15 minutes to get to Rosa Maria’s before they closed at 6:00 pm. We ordered nearly $ 40 of burritos which two where XL Garbage Pork Burritos without Onion. Drove back home another 15 minutes and guess what? The burritos HAD onion and NOMEAT? WT? Are you serious? Called them immediately and they phone was unplugged. I found out this morning that Nikki(MANAGER) said they do this to give them time to clean because they wont get paid overtime!!! If you close the stand at 6:00 pm you need to stay open and in full force until 6:00pm not 5:30 pm! I ended calling the Fontana location and spoke to a guy whom was really nice and promised they would call me as soon as they opened, that did not happen which lead me to call them. Their customer service needs a lot of help. Nikki was not understanding and she didn’t really care that our dinner was ruined. I don’t appreciate being interrupted when I’m trying to explain how disappointed I was and was not apologetic what so ever and she was rude! I asked if I could get my replacement order from another location near my work and she shot me down. As of this minute I’m suppose to WAIT to get a certificate of some sort by snail mail? I find this level of customer service disgusting and I basically take it as not wanting to deal with me in person. Special note to the owners: Look closely at your management, customer service, food quality and accuracy.

If I could give more stars… I would! In my opinion, Rosa Maria burritos are the best there are. I get the Meat, Rice, & Cheese, the flavor combo is amazing and the tortillas are just right. I will happily make the drive to have one of their burritos. All the food is good, but my favorite are the burritos.

Very pricey for bad food! I thought it was pretty gross. Definitely don’t go for the enchiladas wasn’t like regular! Feeling a bit under the weather now. When they say«world famous garbage burrito» they mean because the burritos are literally garbage! Do not come here ! Save your money for a better place(-:

What to say… Best tortillas(next to Costco’s Tortilla Land ones), good beans, rice, customer service! Lived in SB for 22 years, this was our family’s go to stop. Affordable & filling! Used them for catering too, great experiences every time!

Ah yes son! Garbage burritos that make you want to dumpster dive for the last one. Go get you some! Don’t even look for your shoes, just get in the car, grab your wallet and watch the sunset over that tortilla filled goodness as you slowly slip into a food coma. That’s contentment.

I’ve been eating here since the early 80s. All the food is on point. Best homemade tortillas. This is the OG and best location. In my opinion Garbage burrito is definitely not the best thing on the menu but if you like veggies in your burrito you’ll love it.

Came here today to try the chile relleno/chile verde burrito and it was ok. Nothing special. The pork wasn’t tender and the chile relleno was not hot. I can’t stand when food is not piping hot. The burrito was average size and it was spicy. I also ordered an horchata. The red sauce was watery and didn’t have much flavor to it. My sister ordered the chile colorado burrito and was told it was not spicy at all, but for my sister it was, so she didn’t eat it. I felt bad because we were both starving. I took a bite to taste it and it wasn’t tasty at all. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Had taco and enchiladas. The beef taco was nice an crispy with just the right amount of cheese lettuce. Not greasy. The beef was shredded and had nice flavor. The cheese enchiladas in red sauce was fantastic garnished with lettuce and tomato. Sorry no pictures as to busy chowing. Would definitely recommend. The prices are very reasonable.

Omg that chile relleno burrito. It is full of delicious pork, chile, cheese, all the good stuff. That and some hot sauce and you are set. Also the burritos are huge so be prepared!

I was in SB one day this past week and was getting hungry, it was well past lunchtime. A friend recommended I visit Rosa Maria’s if I like Mexican food. I gave it a try. Wow, I had the Chile Relleno burrito and it was excellent! One of the best burritos I’ve had in a long time. You can often tell the quality and authenticity of a Mexican place by the quality of their Relleno. This place has it. The Relleno and pork were terrific. It’s not exactly a place with a ton of atmosphere, but on this beautiful, sunny SoCal day I sat at one of the concrete tables outside with some of the locals and enjoyed a fantastic meal. Highly recommended.

The food is ok but it’s really not worth the rude staff and the terrible customer service and the shitty area they are in. Rude ass older mexican lady, a teenage daughter was paying for the family was a quarter short and went to the car where the family was to get the quarter, and the older Mexican lady was screaming can’t pay for food you need to have the payment ready when ordering making a big deal for the little girl being a quarter short and having to walk to the car to get a quarter. I was sitting there totally shocked of how this woman was acting. Maybe it’s time to RETIREJUSTSAYIN.

Rosa Maria’s! All I can say is WOW! So, being from Los Angeles I am conditioned to having great Mexican food at my disposal. It can be as simple as LAX tacos at midnight, Romona’s before 7:00pm, Diana’s any time, or my favorite, EL Tepeyac! Rosa Maria’s is the BESTMEXICANFOODINSANBERNARDINOHANDSDOWN! From their crispy tostadas, to their big flavorful burritos this place is amazing! I judge my Mexican food on(3) things, taste, hot sauce and customer service. YESYESANDYES!!! Every Single time I visit this place it is more than a pleasure! They are friendly, kind and they don’t screw up orders! I love it !! If you live in or near San Bernardino please check this place out. Go eat!

This was my 1st visit to Rosas. I have to say this place has got a tasty and flavorful burrito. Ordered a pork burrito with beans and cheese and green sauce. Burrito had a lot of flavor, the verde sauce was flavorful not spicy to me though. It’s almost as good as my sauce and that’s saying a lot. This place is a walk up only. There are some benches where you can sit down and eat, I was under the impression you can drive thru but that was not the case when I pulled up. All I can say is I was impressed with Rosa Marie’s their green verde pork burrito is very flavorful unlike a lot of typical places. I recently visited. I will do a follow-up review of this place soon. My next thing I will get is the verde pork burrito with red sauce. Good food at decent prices.

Ordered two garbage burritos with chicken. Apparently, they don’t offer beef in ANY burrito. Weird, but ok. Slices of tomatoes in it like you’d find on a burger. Again, weird but whatever. I didn’t find the food to be dissatisfying nor phenomenal. Just mediocre. Nearly $ 17 bucks for two burritos & two drinks. Definitely feel that Miguel’s Jr. makes a better garbage burrito in my opinion.

Man what a great burrito. I swear it weighs around 2lbs, never actually weighed it, but once you feel it, you’ll understand what I’m saying. I took a picture of it next to a coke can and let me tell you it looks BIGGER is person. Please share! The rice was my favorite part, but the burrito was just so delicious it was perfect. My next try is the relleno burrito that also looks incredibly delicious.

4 solid stars… great food for the price! I loved the tortillas I’m pretty sure they are home made. They didn’t skimp on the cheese in my burrito either and I didn’t even have to ask for it! Forgot to ask for the sour cream in the garbage burrito though so I will definitely be coming back and asking for it! Quick service and(womens) restrooms were surprisingly clean.
