I feel very disrespected right now. My girlfriend bought a 60 $ pair of boots from this location and went home to try them on and realized she had picked up the wrong type. She walked around the house for a minute trying to see if she could get them to work. No such luck. She works all the time so I volunteered to return them for her. When I walked in and told the girl up front the situation she said the heels looked a bit scuffed up and could not make an exchange or do a return. I tried to explain how she didn’t even wear them outside of the house and the tiny bit of wear must just been from trying them on. Any professional business would have taken them back if the customer was not happy. The heals were literally barely touched. I do not recommend shopping here. Very unprofessional. Do not shop here.

I love this store!!! Cutest shoes with great prices! Every time I go the employees are helpful! I had an issue with my shoes but manager was really attentive and helpful! Other stores at this mall don’t have a big selection like this one does.

Honestly what can I say. Shoes are cute but not the best quality. Staff is helpful especially the short girl with the curly hair Laura I think she’s the assistant manager? she’s always there when go in ask for Laura, Jasmine, Karina so far the only girls who help me! I go in so often I feel like inviting them for drinks lol
Dulce or Candy lol what a name… is actually the manager ehhh she’s whatever –_​– she’s just like nonexistent at the store I don’t see her too often thank goodness I don’t like her face

Horrible didn’t acknowledge me at all, walked right by me. The waited at the register while she was messing around in the back to ask a question… Ya it’s cheap. You get what you pay for.

Great prices and great variety of shoes! This store always has fantastic sales and the staff there is very helpful. If you don’t see something you like dont worry cause they’re always getting in new styles!
