Pronto Pizza

Love the pizza especially the prices. The area isnt the greatest but I LOVE that they have a security guard on duty at all times, comfortable in the evenings to go alone, and dont have to worry about panhandlers. Customer service has always been GREAT…

It s near my work. Fast and nice service.
I wish they can sell slices. The website states it sell slices.

Pizzas better than most 5 dollar pizza sometimes people who work there can have an attitude so always make sure you order right the first time

When I first entered the store, I saw that stacked behind the counter were several pizzas sitting under a heat lamp. I ordered 2 pepperoni, paid, was given my change and was handed 2 closed boxes and a receipt. I open the box to find 2 pizzas with cheese so dry and rubbery they had to have been sitting there long enough to have gotten cold if not for the solitary heat lamp hanging over the exposed shelf. When I complained the pizzas were too old I was told «they just came out of the oven», and was shown another pizza just as rubbery as an example and was told they all looked like that. This was obviously a lie as I have received fresh pizzas from them before. (after a 20 min wait due to a long line and slow moving employees) This is not the first time I have received old pizzas from them, though this is the first time I have taken the time to inspect my purchase before walking out the door. When I asked for a refund I was pointed to a wall sign stating «no refunds». My guess is I’m not the first to ask. I will not be returning.

This Pronto Pizza is ran by crooks! Got my order wrong. Called me a liar, then told me I needed to wait another 20 mins for my correct pizza. So I had enough and simply wanted my money back. They refused! In the end, I walked out of there with NO pizzas, NO wings, and $ 20 less in my pocket. If they need MY MONEY that bad, they can keep it. Too bad, my family and I used to get our pizzas there since the place opened at least 2 or 3 times a month. No More…

This place is pretty good to go get pizza every now and then. If you just want a pepperoni pizza these guys already got it fresh n ready for ya, for 5 $.Pretty average place nothing bad about it except for some of the prices and the location (expect homeless people loitering around), but other than that its pretty good: D

Would like to give it 4.5 rating. Sketchy area, but damn the $ 5 pepperoni pizza is good. The bread crust is so soft and scrumptious! Paying with cash is a must. They charge .50 cents for any other form of payment, and after reviewing my account I learned that they charged my card an extra .60 cents for no reason. Ill have to ask for tons of crushed red peppers next time to make up for it. Call in your order in advance to avoid waiting in the small waiting area, while the bum outside looks at you, waited to ask you for change. Extra topping are like $ 1.50! Bastards!!! Its that good for the price that I will go back considering the imperfections.
