Love this place. Anything you order is always the best. Always great customer service.

My bf took me here for the first time about a year and a half ago and I loved it. We go often and we usually get the 3 in 1 and share it. I love all of the 3 in 1. I could actually live of the bread they serve. My bf used to live down the street and always came here growing up and I could see why. I now need to try the other stuff on the menu.

I like the rustic decorations. I got the Alfredos three way. my husband had the works pizza also had some meatballs. It was really good &im a foodie. Waitresses were both really good. checked up on us frequently. food came out at a good time. My husband and his family have eaten here for years, I finally agreed to come. Im a fan.

I had a chance to eat at Alfredo a few times. Both times the customer service was great. The first time I had a house salad and chicken alfredo with white sauce. The chicken alfredo ’ s white sauce was thin but it states that on the menu. The salad was tasty because they added pepperoni in the salad. Tonight I ordered their homemade bread with garlic butter and their pepperoni pizza. The bread was warm and fresh and the garlic butter was very good. The pizza was good and it was very tasty. I like the fact that the edges did not have thick dough at the end. I also liked the prices. We spent $ 19 for 6 rolls and a large pepperoni pizza. I will have to try the lasagna next time.

This is absolutely my all time favorite Italian restaurant. I go there about once a year because I live so far away and I only go when I can go in the day time because of the neighborhood it’s in. I ordered the 3 Way, which included pasta with meat sauce, lasagna and a sausage. It came with a small side salad in a Chinese take out pouch and homemade bread with garlic butter. All I can say is, wow, for the food. It is always spectacular from here. Cooked just right, never burnt. Generous portions. Called it in and 15 minutes later it was sitting there waiting on me. Yum. With an extra portion of bread (2 pieces) it came up to $ 9.95. I ate it for lunch and finished it for dinner.

Had the BEST Alfredo & Pepperoni pizza from here today! Although they’re pipes were under construction and we could only get take out it was still an AMAZING first time there! And for the staff, Alfredo JR. (Not sure if that was his real name) was the kindest person I’ve ever come into contact with at a restaurant! He genuinely cared about his customers and was sincerely sorry to us and every one else that came in that we could not dine in at that time. Great food & even better service! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some delicious Italian food and wonderful service! :)

This place is amaze balls! Customer Service is 5 stars! All the waitress’s are so sweet, friendly & attentive.

I love this place. I go every birthday and get the manicotti for the hottie. So bomb. The only reason they don’t get a five star review is because of the location. Otherwise perfect.

Been coming here with my boyfriend for almost four years now and it’s always a delight. The food is really good and I love the place. It’s clean, the people are friendly and the music is always oldies which is my favorite. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you front is place, it’s well worth eating at.

Awesome as I remember… That garlic butter is addictiveFood and service were great and i loved the fried zucchini I had for the first time. The neighborhood is sketchy but hey its worth it for authentic Italian.

WOW!!! Lil hole in the wall hidden away! This is the second time I’ve been here and omg I’m not disappointed again! The food is outstanding! The customer service is excellent! If u want great great Italian food than definitely come here u will not be disappointed! People stop eating at crappy Olive Garden (yuck) try real Italian food from alfredos delishes! We definetly will always be back had the rigatoni with meatballs get it Baked up with cheese! Yummy pizza never disappoints excellent. Excellent food!

Great place to get pizza in town. I’ve bought a few from here for my team and they are always tasty. The BBQ chicken pizza is especially good.

I’ve been eating at Alfredo’s for a very long time. But we only eat here for special occasions. I always recommend this place to people because the food is so good. But today it was a diff story. The only think good was the bread and cheese sticks the pizza was cold and the pasta tasted very bland today. On top of that the service wasn’t great especially for the price you pay $ 40 for a party of 2 is a little pricey to me for not getting too notch service. Waitress never asked how everything was going. She just placed the food on our table and walked away. Offered dessert at the end those were the most words we got out of her. Last but not least the cashier didn’t even greet or asked the normal how was everything? He just took the bill and our payment and handed our receipt. I was very shocked considering we never had bad service from here b4. Where was their holiday spirit?

My daughter ate here with some friends. She ordered the 3 pasta combo (I think that’s the name). The food was extremely greasy and had very little sauce. Her friends asked if they could try her pasta and agreed it wasn’t very good. She ended up getting super nauseated and sick after the meal. The two stars are for the service. The server had an awesome mustache and service was excellent — the food not so much.

It was my first time at this place, hanging out with a group of friends. First of all, I’ve noticed that this place is really popular because it was packed when we arrived and had to be wait listed before leading us to our table. Other than that, this place is really nice to go to with a group of friends or co-​workers.
FOOD — 3 stars
I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana. Eggplants is one of my favorite food, but I didn’t like it much from the food I ordered. I wouldn’t say it was disappointing nor will I say it was great. That part of the food receives 0 star. Although, the spaghetti portion was amazingly delicious. Perfect balance of the sauce and well done on the noodles. The Eggplant Parmigiana is a good dish and would recommend it to everyone to try it out. I’d order this dish again in the future. This portion of the food receives a 3 star. Also, bread with butter and salad or soup did come with the lunch special. I ordered the salad (it came with a sauce that the restaurant makes themselves) which I thought was okay. However, their bread (while still hot) was delicious! My friend ordered half a dozen to go afterwards because it was that tasty. I fully recommend their bread!
CUSTOMER SERVICE — Good
I have a rating of customer service from 0 being the lowest (not worth rating) to excellent. The list starts from Excellent, Good, Okay, Worse, 0. The customer service was good at this place especially considering how busy it was when I was there. Based on her personality, our waitress was just great. But the service was good, far from 0. I chose the rating Good because even when it was packed, she still was able to come to our table and ask us how we were doing as well as ask if there was anything else we needed. And when we did needed something, she’d immediately get it for us which I thought was great. But there were times when we were struggling in getting her attention even when there were no customers she needed to service during the time we needed her. Overall, the customer service was good.

I have been coming to Alfredos for as long as I can remember. Well into the 1980s. This place has never wavered in its quality of food and quantity of food in all that time.
It’s difficult to avoid temptation for me here because as a vegan its almost impossible to find anything to eat here. I have been vegan for 7 years now.
I usually order pasta with marinara sauce no meat
Salad with no cheese and pepperoni on top.
My family is not vegan. Last night we ordered an XL pepperoni pizza, baked ziti and pasta with marinara.
Keep in mind these dishes come with your choice of a side soup or salad and the most amazing bread you’ll ever sink your choppers in to. They provided you with ample butter for the loaves of delicious bread to boot.
The crust on the pizza is just right (based on what my partners in dining tell me) the sauce is super tasty with amazing spices and flavor to knock your socks off.
The baked ziti looked devilish with ooey gooey cheese dripping down the corners and when you dig in there is more cheese, sauce and bubbling browned cheeses awaiting your taste temptations!
My pasta was cooked to a soft perfection. The sauce is really to die for. My salad was perfect to top it off with, no complaints here!
My son had the minestrone soup and he raved about the flavor. Again. This is the real deal. Huge portions, great prices and authentic Italian food make for a very happy family.
My only complaint is the area. Let’s be honest, this place is located in San Bernardino. Over the years this city seems to have really gone downhill. However, we’ve never had any problems with our car or with anyone. They provided a secure parking lot and street parking right in front of the building. Thank you Alfredos for feeding me and my family for over 20 years now. You’re part of our family tradition. We make the trek out to Berdoo a least once every 2 months for the food. Yummy!

Once we checked out from our mini vaca at Lake Arrowhead Resort. We wanted some pizza once we arrived done to reality.
We Unilocaled of course and this place had good reviews as well as food pics!
Once we arrived our lovely waitress Chloe gave us some amazing recommendations and great serving size for our family of 4.
We were really hungry. So my husband and I had this amazing your basic spaghetti and meatball but with a twist it was baked in the oven with more cheese on topped. OMG! This dish was amazingly good! We both shared it. I usually don’t order a pasta dish but this was hands down one of the best I have ever tried. Now we wished it was closer to home in the San Fernando area. We also ordered a small pepperoni pizza double cut. Pizza was delish!
Now we have a place to go to when we are in the lake arrowhead area again.

I ordered a small Alfredo’s Super Special «The Works» pizza to go. The small ends up being eight, nicely sized, perfectly sliced pieces, each PACKED with Sausage, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions, Pepperoni, Black Olives, Roasted Red Peppers, Canadian Bacon and Ham. What a beautifully tasty mouthful!!!
This pizza is perfect in every way imaginable. The dough is baked to be crisp on the bottom, but nice and soft just above that. Not too much sauce, but enough to lend the pizza some wetness and tanginess. The toppings are plentiful, and extremely flavorful on their own (the sausage was some of the best I’ve ever had up top a pizza, and the Canadian bacon wasn’t dry at all). The veggies were all crisp and retained their individual flavor, while overall, lending the pizza a taste that wouldn’t let me put down the slice.
Service was friendly and my order was accurate. You can tell the people who run this place really love what they do.
I’d totally go five stars on this place, but I can’t do that until I’ve tried some of their other menu offerings. I can’t wait to do so!
