Noyes Bakery

Do not get a cake from here! I just got my cake delivered because when I went to pick it up this morning they thought it was supposed to be for next weekend so it hadn’t even been started yet. They told me to make up for it they would deliver it for me. They came an hour and a half ago. The icing for the top I stated «future mrs. Woods» was not even on the cake it was just plain. As well as I asked for leaves to be put around it in icing and that was not done. They took it back and said they would do it and deliver it tonight. I just got it and the saying for the top is not even centered across the top of the cake. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again. And for the time and the hassle of them not having it ready nor being a excellent job they should have at least given a discount. I thought with the pictures of the cakes they had done before this cake would be amazing and instead it falls short in my book!

First time ordering a cake here and it was amazing! I only had about 4 days to get a cake specially made for my soon to be mother in law and her twin for their 60^th birthday. It was a Michael Kors purse with some make-​up. I was worried that because it looked so pretty, it would fall short on the taste. It was beautiful AND delicious! It definitely isn’t in the greatest part of town but it’s worth it. Unlike the other reviews, I thought the gentlemen that helped me was very polite and helpful. Will definitely go back for every special occasion.

Had the worst cake ever bought from Noye’s. For one, it looked NOTHING like the picture that was shown when order was placed. Paid $ 65 for a ¼ sheet marble cake that literally fell apart when it was cut. Could’ve done better ordering from Stater’s or Food 4 Less and would’ve paid way less for ½ sheet! Never again will this bakery be patronized… should’ve known better after my niece had a fiasco ordering a wedding cake from there before. Definitely not the same as it once was.. once upon a time, long ago!

I just spoke to someone on the phone, trying to see if I could order a dinosaur cake SUPER LAST MINUTE, but he was just so rude while speaking to him. I was explaining why I was ordering last minute, but he kept rushing me and telling me to get to the point. I did not like it, I would’ve ordered here but that man made me not want to step foot into their bakery.

Had a great experience with my wedding cake from here, from the tasting to the final product. Staff made me feel confident that the finish product would be amazing and they surpassed my expectations. Thanks guys!

Went here years ago and I would get this beehive cake/​pie thing but had to stop going because they would give me ones that were partially frozen. I thought everything was fresh. Anyway, I was pricing cakes right now and looking at the local bakeries. I read an owner response to a post from 8/​30ish and was appalled at the way the bakery representative spoke to a customer in a public forum. I am so big on customer service and I do not deal with business who speak to their customers in such a way! If this is done on Unilocal,in public, I can’t imagine how these people act one on one! I will NEVER go here again.

We love Noyes bakery and owner David. We have been coming here for years and never had a problem. My cakes have ALWAYS been delicious n made to match my pictures. David and his staff are ALWAYS polite and helpful. I ALWAYS recommended this bakery as often as I can. They also make some bombay sandwiches n other desserts. Two thumbs up!!!

Ordered a custom made Shopkin Cake from this bakery for my daughter and I was not disappointed the cake was amazing and delicious and my daughter was beyond surprised by it. The cake was moist and it was not overly sweet either! I will definitely use this place again going forward for a of my parties. I will recommend this place to anyone! The price was very reasonable too

I been going to this bakery for over 16 years. At all our family events there is a Noyes creation. I want to say thank you to the owner David and his great staff for always being there even when it’s an emergency job they get it done. Always receive more than what I pay for with dealing with Noyes… Also its great to deal with the owner of any business establishment. That’s giving personalize attention to customers. Mr. David is very professional and courteous to all always. THANK YOU NOYES again…

I have had many cakes from this bakery and I have never been disappointed! we live in Los Angeles which is a drive from this bakery and our cakes are still amazing! The staff are amazing as well we love noyes bakery and will continue to order from them!!!

JUST ok, I’ve had better cake at Albertson. Their bakery is a hole in the wall in San Bernardino. Customer service is less than ok. I just kept my fingers crossed the cake looked decent and tasted ok. I really didn’t get my hopes up. I wanted butter cream on the outside, red velvet inside with cream cheese in between the layers. They did butter cream between the layer smh I knew they were going to f up. But it didn’t surprise me none. Will never order here again, ever, ever. If you are looking for a professionally done cake go some where else!

After hearing that the manager himself called my friend a Nigger I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. How dare the manager say such a thing to a loyal customer?! How would the owner feel about that??? That is beyond unprofessional and this will not cease at just one customer. My friend is hurt and I am appalled. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Go to Michelle’s in Redlands. They are awesome there and they know how to treat their customers.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering cakes or anything here unless you speak directly to the owner, David. His staff, which some are his kids, have nasty attitudes and are incredibly unprofessional (his daughter, I presume, has a combative personality and does not take constructive criticism well). Noyes’ staff failed to make my order even though I attempted to confirm my order would be ready in time — I have never had this problem before when ordering through the owner directly. Unfortunately, this is the last time I will ever order from them and will advise other potential customers to go elsewhere.

These guys saved my butt. Big time. Tippe was born on May 5^th (I call it Tippe de Mayo), and being the last minute guy that I am, I didn’t order a cake. I came into Noye’s Bakery and while they didn’t have a lemon cake with cream cheese filing already made, they would bake me one in about an hour for $ 12. It was a small cake, but that was still a bargain. Tippe thought that the cake was $ 30. They allowed me to choose the colors and they even wrote Happy Birthday, Tippe on it for me. Now that’s service.
Go inside and you’ll find all sorts of cookies, cup cakes and baked sweets. The smart person preorders their cakes. Don’t wait until the day-​of like I did.
My sister has always loved this bakery, since we were little kids. It’s been around since 1924 and that’s only possible by having an excellent product at a reasonable price with good service.

Brought me to tears when I saw my daughter’s first birthday cake. They definitely exceeded my expectations. A wonderful environment, and wonderful people. I will definitely be there again. This will be the only place I ever get my cakes from again.

I absolutely LOVE Noyes Bakery for all my cakes. I’ve been here numerous times and they never seem to fail me. The prices are reasonable and the service is always great. I have always found cakes online and I take the picture in and they are able to duplicate the picture.
I would definitely recommend coming to Noyes Bakery for your cakes.

A great bakery in San Bernardino. Last year, we ordered a custom cake from Noyes for my son’s 1^st birthday party. We provided sample pictures of cakes we found online. They did a great job on my son’s Mickey Mouse Clubhouse themed cake.
The guy who attended us (whom I assume is the owner) was very nice and professional. He explained to us all we needed to know about proper portion size so as not to order a cake that was too large.
Needless to say, the cake looked and tasted great. My son’s 2^nd birthday is coming up now and we will definitely be ordering another custom themed cake from Noyes.
