Northwest Christmas Tree

This place is a complete rip off! I really don’t like to leave bad reviews unless I really feel like I have to warn people first off I asked for a price on a tree that I liked I was told it was 59 then they call someone from sales over to take down my order and a older American guy comes out his name is Dennis and he tells me the tree is 66.99 so I tell him oh I’m sorry somebody said it was 59 and he suddenly gets a very bad attitude towards me then charges an extra 2 $ for net and $ 16 for the tree stand! Total I paid 92 $for a 6 foot tree it would have been worth it if at least it was an enjoyable experience but it was quite horrible and pretty much ruined my whole night very sad to say. you are warned people.

There is a great selection! We couldn’t decide between our two favorites so Jake came and brought them by each other for us and we finally chose one. And then changed our mind and wanted the other lol and he was so happy to change the tags for us and put it on our car. He was so nice and happy and smiley! Ask for help from Jake :)

I walked into this place hesitant and unsure of if I would purchase today, but once I saw the tree that I wanted… all bets were off. I was helped by both Brian and Paul. Brian initially helped me, but I decided not to buy the tree because I had no truck. As I was walking out the parking lot, Paul noticed that I was leaving empty handed and really wanted to help. He showed me a trick that allowed my tree, a 7ft noble fir, to fit in my small Honda Accord (that won’t damage it either!)!!! I’m extremely thankful and happy that I get to have 25 days of Christmas! Thank you to everyone at Northwest christmas trees and a special thanks to Paul for providing outstanding customer service and helping spread the Christmas spirit. I would definitely recommend coming here. Affordable and can’t beat the service here

So we bought an 8-​footer Douglas fir on the first week of December. It was beautiful but they drilled the hole in the bottom of the tree incorrectly that it stood kind of crooked when we took it home. We decorated it and tried to love it with its crookedness and all. Slowly we noticed that it was dying. The ornaments started to droop and the lively forest green color started to fade. 3 days before Christmas we found it hunched over and dead.
We were bummed so we went back to NW and told them our situation. We simply showed them our receipt and with no further questions we were allowed to pick out another tree for free! This time we found another beautiful one that stood tall and straight. We decorated it for the second time and enjoyed Christmas and so forth!
Definitely loved the good customer service! Decent trees too!

This Christmas Tree Lot has been around for years… they come from Oregon and are always helpful and friendly. You truly get what you pay for in quality!!! Not to mention they have gone out of there way the past 8 years to give us a 12 ft. tree for the local Children’s Hospital at wholesale cost. They truly understand the meaning of Christmas and show this in kindness and generosity.

Well this is my first review on Unilocal and I hope you find it useful. On the outside of their lot they have a sign that says «lowest prices». However, this is NOT the case at all. They are charging $ 20 for Douglas Firs under 5 feet and $ 30 for Noble Firs under 5 feet. What they don’t tell you is that if you go literally 90 seconds down Harriman to Home Depot they have trees also for $ 10 cheaper for the aforementioned trees. Furthermore, when we parked and got out of the car at NW Christmas tree lot and walked inside, browsed trees, and walked out we weren’t greeted or assisted in any way. On the way out I saw 3 people just standing behind the counter area talking and looking at us. But when we went to Home Depot we were greeted before we even got into the Christmas tree outdoor lot area and helped from the very get go. They also cut the bottom, will trim any excess branches and will «net» the tree for no additional cost. We bought a 5 foot Noble Fir with a bottle of tree preservative for $ 23.03 with tax. Moral of the story, DON’T go to NW Christmas tree when the same trees are cheaper literally right around the corner.
