McDonald’s

Disgusting poop smell. I thought someone pooped in there. I notify the manager. He said they know. So if you know. Then why don’t you do anything about it? Also waited 10 minutes for my order. Small cheeseburger and small drink and small fry. And there was only me and one other customer in there. Wasn’t busy at all.

Only thing I’m complaning about is the wait. Literally took 20+ minutes in the drive thru!

Very bad experience as soon as we walked It smelled bad but we still decided to order food the cashier was nice but as soon as my kids decided to go into the playground they found 5 kids inside the play house and no parents to be found they where acting very inappropriate they where says bad words hitting and sexually assaulting all the kids since I didn’t find parents to talk to I had to go to the Mannager and ask her to pleas tell the kids to stoop assaulting the other children they ended up leaving for some reason the chicken nuggets where extremely small maybe it’s just me I don’t frequent McDonald’s so maybe I didn’t notice the change finally wean we where done eating my kids asked for Sunday’s. Wean we got are order it was extremely small not even half way full I mean I’m not complaining maybe McDonald’s is conservative to there portions know any way way different since I remember!! will not be back Ohhh and no I’ve in the soda machine !!!

Crappy McDonalds. Crappy service, crappy food. Drive thru is slow and they forget things that you order. I had a special order and they screwed it up. Burgers drenched in ketchup. Sweet tea taste like water.

Omg!!! Why do I keep trying to make this relationship work?! Literally, they don’t even have receipts tonight! There things I ordered were not available and then I asked for my receipt and their machine is broken. Again, not a super huge fan of McDonald’s but this one in particular gives all of them a bad name. What in the world?! Dude who owns this one should have to hear the complaints himself. I repeated that I wanted a strawberry Fanta no less than 3 times and the young man still said «Sprite» when he repeated my order. Come on!!! Have some pride about your business! There should be some area where you can say it’s quality but unfortunately aren’t this place does not have a single area. Every single time I try to be supportive of this one because it’s in my neighborhood, I get disappointed. Every single time! If negative stars were available, that’s what they’d get. An absolutely horrible representation of a once respected establishment. No wonder McDonalds are going out of business so much lately. A shame.

I absolutely hate this McDonald’s. I can’t never come here with out a bum asking me for change. They wait for you at the drive thru and the doors. The security guards don’t do anything about it. If you’re looking for the McDonald’s where all the crack heads and alcoholics hang out then you’re at the right place. It’s not a place I would take my kids nor do I recommend it to parents that have respect for themselves. This location leaves a stain on the way I view the restaurant. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Honestly this restaurant is disgusting to be nice about it there is always trash everywhere. I understand it may get rush, but that’s when cleanliness should matter the most. I went in yesterday and there was trash on tables the soda fountain full of dropped sticky soda the wall covered in ketchup its grows! WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Allways check your meal! They never give you the order right theres all ways some fries missing. Or extra fries and missing a burger. The manager should get on there ass!

4:50 pm 8÷4÷15. Young man at the counter was very polite and helpful, but the place can do with some real cleaning and it smells a little funny. Not in a good way… Homeless people hanging out at the tables, look like they have been there all day. Not kidding. The upside, they do have a playland for kids.

It’s McDonald’s people. air conditioned playground and $ 1 drinks, on super hot days, buy a drink, let the kids play, injoy the free WiFi.

I came here once, never again. It is situated in a very bad area. Also My brother ordered a meal and the workers forgot to fill up his fries. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Once again disgusted with Mc Donald’s… I have quit buying my own food there but still sometimes stop to buy plain hamburger patties for dogs I travel with (when there is no other fast food place around). This time I was charged 2 dollars each for the plain small patty… Not even the ¼ pound patty. I was refused a plastic plate and the staff was rude. I spent 8 bucks on 4 small patties and had to but up with rude people. Come on Mc Donald’s!!! You are losing customers like rats fleeing a sinking ship! Get it together!!!

Wow 3:02 at night 10÷26÷14 employees wouldn’t take any orders full line of cars too honking mad and Hungry and they let us just sit there eventually everyone left and this store literally lost a good amount of money and customers. Like its bad enough as competition for food since it’s barely considered food but I’ve had several incidents of this «fast food» chain being slower than sit downs like seriously I’m done eating McDonald’s and their sponge food

I should have listened to the other reviews. But I was starving, my brother placed his order then I told the cashier what I would like. Get home and I’m missing half the order. The food was ready before I could even finish paying that’s never a good sign. The nuggets were stuck together gross.

The reason for this rating is, the Vivienne of having ALL ITEMS ON THE MENU.
The service in daytime SUCKS.
There’s a manager there named Azia, worst manager ever. She should be cleaning the not managing.
This location is ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING.
TODAY was breakfast sausages and ice cream.
Two days ago it was large cups, milk shakes coke, sprite, and dr. Pepper.
Meanwhile the owner drives around in a brand new 2015 6 series BMW. HOW DOES THAT WORK?
BEEN GETTING HERE SINCE IT’S OPENING AND IS JUST DOWNHILL ON EVERYTHING. Very few competent workers…
Hey owner, pssst, get with the program..

This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to and that says a lot. I don’t expect much from a mcdonalds. I spent 30 minutes in an empty McDonalds line. Waiting in my car, waiting. Waiting. Waiting.
Eventually we got our food and left to go home and eat. We get home and find that our order is 100% wrong and the good is not even luke warm. It’s cold. No receipt. They refused to fix without a receipt. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Always full, drive trough always long line. but its open 24 7 drive through so im good just keep your windows rolled up theres always something going on there

It’s 5pm and there is no ice cream! And the staff is ALWAYS scrambling whether its two people or 20 people in line. And the drive thru is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I waited over 10 minutes to get my order. And it’s always like this. I thought McDonald’s ran like a well-​oiled machine? Apparently this one is rusty

Wow how sad the most McDonald’s don’t have play lands any more I went to two before I found one in the hood, but none in better places sad but true. McDonald’s don’t forget the kids you serve made your restaurants famous. Ps I only go to McDonald’s when I have a kid or in this case birthday lunch: (

I think the only thing that is bad about this McDonald’s is the location. It’s on the corner of Mount Vernon Ave and Baseline, that should really give people a huge heads up on that location it’s not the best part in San Bernardino and so hopefully you go to this location during the day and not at night.
From the looks of it they close this McDonald’s inside diner early but usually leave the drive-​thru open, not sure if it’s 24 hours. I know that the McDonald’s on Highland Ave just about 3 to 4 minute drive from here is 24 hour drive-​thru which is a bit better in location than this one.
Another reason why I gave this McDonald’s a low rating is because there has to be something wrong with their food because every time I eat at this McDonald’s I get sick, food poisoning so be cautious when eating at this McDonald’s. I understand that they just opened but when you’ve eaten here 4 times since it opened and out of those three times you’ve gotten sick from their food that has to be a red flag right there that their food is bad. Travel to a much safer McDonald’s if you are looking for a overnight fast food joint.
