McDonald’s

I went to this drive thru location tonight, upon returning home and getting ready to eat I see a rubber-​band with hair in my order of fries. I called the store to let them know, the manager Damon didn’t offer an apology or anything to compensate me for the inconvenience I had experienced. I won’t be returning to this location.

HATE leaving bad reviews of places but I had to. The store is newly renovated and it’s awesome! It looks really great and you can tell they care more about the physical appearance of the store. My complaint is in regards to the customer service. I always make it a point to be polite and understanding because I used to work retail. People can really suck sometimes and it doesn’t help to be a jerk on top of that. These people deal with enough. However, every time I’ve come here (maybe about 5 times) I have problems with the cashiers understanding my order. Almost every time they read it back to me it’s wrong or they miss something. Kinda weird. Also when I pull up to the window to pay they are very short and not pleasant whatsoever. A bummer when they’re usually super nice. ALSO what I HATEEEE is every time I come here for a McFlurry, it’s «unavailable at the moment.» It drives me crazy. If you can go to another McDonald’s nearby just try there if you can. No offense to this store but y’all gotta pull it together.

New and improved store. Owner had the old one at this location turn completely down and a new one rebuilt in its place. All new all modern inside. The new McDonald’s change they advertise. Food still the same but it’s McDonald’s you don’t go there for steak and lobster you go for McDonald’s burgers and fries. The only reason I only gave it four stars staff was not very nice or friendly but I’ll give them a break it was early Saturday morning maybe they hadn’t warmed up enough. Overall it’s more then worth driving the extra few miles to avoid the owner’s other store on 40^th.

I have never seen a restaurant care so little for their customers, they should be embarrassed by how hard they fail. Terrible service and they always mess up orders, no shame. Definitely try to find anther nearby mcdonalds if possible if you are in this area, it should not take more than 40 min to get a simple breakfast order…

So I was very clear about the sauces I wanted they give me 5 sauces all wrong and burn the bread on the burgers good job I’ll never go there and make sure I tell everyone not to go there either

Fast food should be fast and easy. That’s the point. That’s how fast food chains work and stay in business. Waited to be helped for over 5 minutes when No one was in front of me in line. Also, since when does it cost 25 cents for some Ranch? And why don’t they inform you of this before you pay. who carries cash, let alone coins. Unfriendly, unwlcoming.

This McDonalds is in a bad part of town. None the less that is no excuse for giving out food that is just wrong. It was around 8:30 — 9:00 PM on 10÷25÷14 when I decided to get something to eat. I went to this McDonald’s and ordered a Filet ‘O Fish meal. The food was lukewarm at best, the fries were soggy but on the bright side, the Diet Coke was good. I drove away and started eating the soggy french fries but when you’re hungry, well you know the story. Anyway when I got home I opened the filet o’fish and the top was off the bun the fish patty was cool and as you can tell by the picture they didn’t do some kind of QA because the top is a little more than skewed from the sandwich. Plus McD is getting too expensive to eat at and with the quality of food going out it’s no wonder that In n Out is doing 10,000 times better than them.

Terrible. Good for a restroom stop off the 215, but forget ordering food. Slow, useless, understaffed employees. Mainly teenagers that management could offer better training for. Had to wait 25 min for a cheeseburger.

Wow… this has been my worst MC Donald’s visit ever, and I have dined at many of them. From Germany all the way over here. We got 2 big macs and they had only 1 patty on both. As well as no lettuce. Store # 3139 on may 25 at 01:22am. I didn’t catch the Lady’s name but she was very rude and got my sauce mixed up and treated me like a child when I wanted wanted the correct sauce…

This one is not closed. Just don’t sound like a black man because automatically they will think you want the chicken sandwich no joke. Happened to a friend recently when we went. One of the ladies at the Cashier window does not speak very good English who hired her. I asked for a Strawberry shake and she said vanilla. But yeah everyone loves McDonald’s.
