My favorite fast food place to go during late nights. Their drive thru and dining lobby is open for 24 hours. I’ve never encountered any grumpy employees or bad service.

I have to say that for a Saturday night at 1:45, drive thru dude was really on it. Made me feel like he gave a crap during a time when nobody wants to work. Yeah the parking sucks, the exiting sucks, but the employees were great and the food was good.

Wow, this place never fails to have amazing customer service. I have only used the drive-​thru, but I’m sure a dine-​in experience would not disappoint. My order is always correct and comes out quick. The employees typically ask about how your day is going, which makes the experience more personable. Typically the lead employee/​manager will peek out and ask how the service is. A very well run (fast food!) restaurant!

Best ever! I can’t believe this! Came in hungry, SO SATISFYING AND THE BURGER WAS MADE TO PERFECTION AND THE CHEESE «shiny melted fresh»! Fries, perfection. Tea, delish.

Pretty standard for Jack In the Box. Stopped by here while driving back to NorCal after a visit to SoCal. Bathrooms were clean, staff was nice, place was well lit, all pluses for a rest stop.
Order some spicy chicken and it’s like at all the other locations, so nothing unexpected.
Stop by here if you’re ever making that 7 hr plus drive from SoCal to NorCal for a break :)

Sooo this is kinda crazy, but this place really is the best Jack in the Box ever… early or late. THE BEST! It was my life during finals… They are always fresh with the toppings and it’s not all slopped together. The spicy chicken is never over cooked and is majority chicken… not like majority crispy fried stuff like others.
Customer service is really good too… the ONLY time I had an issue was when my order was wrong and I knew there was a new person that took my order… yes I knew that! So I took my order back and not only did the manager replace it… but she gave me some cool freebie coupon thingy which totally made my day!
Crazy or not… I love this place!
