Exotic Nail & Spa

This place is eh. I went in excited based on the other reviews and I couldn’t relate. The girls were, okay. The price was alright. But all in all, I wasn’t happy and will not return and I can tell you why.
I took my mother as a nice way for both of us to relax and be pampered, as most all girls do when we get our nails done. Right? Any who, there were two ladies working and only 1 customer before us. By the time it was my turn, my mother and I were the only customers there. Shortly after another person came in and the lady left my manicure half way done, had me sit and wait to get my pedicure as she began working on the other customers nails. I find it very rude to rush one client to help another, specially when it wasn’t even busy! So I will not be returning here. Ever.

I do not live in the area but when I saw the Unilocal reviews were so good I chose to give it a try. They had the best price for what I wanted and said they could take me right away. Which I liked so I drove right on over. When I walked in there were two girls working and there was only one other customer there so I was taken right away. So far do good. They asked if I lived around there and when I said no one of the girls said «why do you come here, why not go to nail salons by where you live.» Does it really matter though as long as I’m giving you business right? Anyway I told them because I had poor customer service at the one close to my house they ask what happened. So I told him that my sister was kicked out of a salon because they were closing. The lady said «well maybe your sister got there too late.» I told her no because the sign said they close at six and it was only 230 they told her they were closing because they had to go to a party. If they would have had a sign saying they were closing early that would be different but they didn’t so that was pretty rude and lost my business as well. I didn’t like their service plus my finger got infected a few days after I got them done. I was put off with how they kept wanting to know which salon I had gone to and almost defending the other salon and also my nail got infected so that’s not cool.

I always get my nails done here! Best service and amazing outcome. Low prices too! I am a regular, as well as my mom. Each time I get my nails done here, I feel that they are the best they have ever looked!

I love this nail salon first time going to this nail salon and the lady that did my nails is really friendly and did my nails really pretty I got gel nails which they charge $ 15 dollars for

My very first time here, and best believe NOT my last! The girls are so sweet and very courteous. I felt super comfortable since the moment I walked in. Other than the service the prices are great! I got a gel mani for only 15 $ I’ve never paid less then 20 $ anywhere in the past!!!

No charge to remove gel unless you get gel mani
