I have never had the problems I’m having with this body shop. I went for a sun roof repair & there was problem after problem. Finally completion day, two weeks later I decided to open my sun roof before leaving for Las Vegas & it wouldn’t close. I take the car back to find out it was installed wrong the gears were chewed up. Bobby than tells me I have to leave my car for 3 days so he can return the part at which time the company will issue another one. Now I will be left without transportation for three days, can’t go to work, plus this place is in a very bad neighborhood & my Hummer will be left on the lot without a roof… NO WAY. Looks like it time for court!

After multiple recommendations from various auto repair shops I had my huge tear/​hole on the driver car seat repaired. Not only was the cost ½ what other centers quoted, and it looked better that new, they added padding that restored the driver seat to original condition.

I had a tear in the leather seat of my car and wanted the seats repaired. I checked a few places and was told it would be hundreds of dollars for just one seat. I was not amused by these high prices. I had heard this place mentioned and thought I would see if they would have any better deals.
I knew I was not going to get ripped off when the gentleman I spoke with mentioned both leather and vinyl as options and then told me the vinyl would be more durable over time. I had encountered individuals from other businesses who tried to steer me to more costly options, so pointing me in the direction of something that was not only the more affordable option, but giving me the options and telling me of the lower maintenance and more durable option was a major selling point for me. Another thing I appreciated was the cost. It was a fraction of what other places charged.
I dropped off my car at 8 a.m. and both seats were completed that day and I picked it up at the end of the day. I was extremely satisfied with their quality of work. It was very well done and my vehicle’s seats looked like those of a brand new vehicle and to the naked eye, one can not tell the difference between the leather seat and the vinyl seat.
I won’t lie– I was a bit intimidated by the area and it did almost deter me. I was scared during the day– but they have a gate around their business, so my vehicle was secure while there and it all worked out for the best. I forgot my fears of the area when I saw the quality of their finished product.
I would go back again and recommend their work. It may not have been a fancy establishment, but I felt like I was given a great deal and did not in any way feel like I was being ripped off. Great deal and quality of service. Thank you Evans for taking care of my vehicle.

I brought my car to Evans to have my drivers side seat re-​upholstered and have it welded due to the seat was broken. Junior was the Manager at Evans that helped me. He was very respectful and courteous.
I received my car back and Evans had welded the seat, put all the front seat pieces back together and all the motors worked. The upholstery was also replaced. They did a very good job.
The only problem I have with Evans is the location of the store. The area is really, really bad. Like I thought I was going to get robbed the two times I parked next to the store. Very dicey area… very…

I would not recomend evans, they used to be great I have used them many times in the past but I just had them make a boat cover and they did a poor job and jacked me around for 2 weeks and did not do all the work they said they would do, go somewhere else, I also think they may be selling drugs from there now

I had two chairs done here in the last couple years. Great Job!

Recently contacted this business for some work I needed on two cars, they kept on stringing me along missing appontments to see the vehicles — i lost a week waiting on them.
They might do good work, and seem to be nice people… but definately not responsible or reliable… would have hated to take my cars and have delt with missed deadlines after the fact…
Unfortunately — cannot recommend this place at all.

I had my 1981 Datsun 210 completely reupholstered. Seats, carpets, visors, headliner, everything. They did such an amazing job. The car looked liked new. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs upholstery.
