Cleopatra hookah lounge became my spot 2 years ago. I came in knowing maybe one or two people that went there often. After a couple of times, everyone knew my name and the flavors I liked and greeted me while a smile or hug. So I started doing the same to other people. I have made over 30+ new friends since coming so often. The workers are the sweetest most amazing and caring people who won’t let you feel left out. They will always come to check on you and your hookah and make sure it’s the best you’ve ever had. The owners are hard workers who treat all customers like they would like to be treated which is very well. I’ve even received a Christmas present one year for being a regular customer. There is a pool table, Coke machine, awesome DJ’s, comfortable couches, cool galaxy lighting, and very friendly people. Tangiers is always a plus and lasts for hours! Alfaker is also very good. There is an amazing flavor called Cinnamon Toast Crunch! I would recommend it. There is also cable to watch tv and sometimes even movies :) I guarantee you that you won’t walk out of here disappointed. The best part of this hookah bar is that it’s like a family. Very close, very welcoming, and very funny to watch everyone crack jokes and have a good time. So if you read this wondering if this hookah lounge is worth it, it is. I hope to see you there!

This place is horrible! They have bad service and nasty hookahs!!! I recommend everyone to go to G Star Hookah Lounge which is up the st from this one.
Very disappointed

I was traveling with some friends and we decided to spend one more night and see what kinda nightlife San Bernadino had to offer… Great decision, we came hookah lounge at 6:30 and didn’t end up leaving untill 2am. We walked in and were welcomed in my very friendly staff, price is amazing $ 10 for a hookah? Wow I pay almost triple that in Los Angeles. And the hookah was great, so many different choices and they pack great long lasting bowls. And to top it off only high quality stuff, titanium coals, dream hoses and km hookahs. And ready for the cherry on top? They carry tangiers tobacco and cane mint … I have not been to one other lounge that carries this brand outside LA. We hung out with the employees there and they are so knowledgable about hookah and super chill guys, we planned to stay 3 hours and it was so fun and welcoming and the owner and his wife were so refreshingly nice that we stayed 8 hours. Glad we did too because at around 11ish this place gets so fun, great music, fun people, I can honestly go on.
I don’t always review places after only one visit but when I do, I prefer Cleapatra hookah lounge. (dos eques guy voice)
Anyways to wrap it up, we were so impressed that my friends and I are going to make the 65 mile drive again just to come here … Great job guys, couldn’t be happier with the choice we made.

This place is great I don’t know about the people to be cool or not and doesn’t really offer alcohol. Great music and to sit down chill smoking hookah… the workers are ok. This was the first time I went in I have gone others that offer alcohol drinks.

My favorite hookah bar hands down. Friendliest customers, awesome owners, great hookah. Great party spot, great chill spot on the week days. No complaints. Tangiers– best quality tobacco in my opinion, can be smoked here.

I have to be nice but don’t want to came in here before owner took good care of me came in on a Friday night for the second time workers don’t know anything about hookah or even what brand of mints they carry. I work at another hookah lounge only Reason I am being nice. Hookah took 15 minutes to get when we where the only customers in site. $ 10 hookahs or bad price but seriously wouldn’t have paid $ 5 if I had choice bowl was tiny. Atmosphere was nice tho
