They chose not to alert those making online orders that their online ordering system was down. The only thing that made up for the inconvenience was the politeness of the woman at the register. She stayed calm and hospitable even though there were other customers being very rude.

Myself and everyone else entering the establishment was greeted by the cashiers. They seem to have a very friendly staff. The opening of this location has long been anticipated.
The inside seems to be of a traditional Wing Stop restaurant. The only thing I would change on the inside entrance area is that there is no separate area for Online order pickup.
The one thing I would like to see changed is… I wish they would include napkins on their To-Go orders.
