Today was my first time trying this restaurant. I put in a to go order for a cheesy bread and a meat lovers pizza, I got home and realized that I received a garlic bread and a cheese pizza. No big deal, people make mistakes. I thought I would call in order to correct the order, however the person I spoke to when I called was very rude and blamed the mistake on me. In practice, I feel like that is bad customer service. For the $ 40 I spent on pizza I would of expected to receive the proper food and be treated with a little bit of respect. The pizza was Ok. However, because of the poor customer service I would not recommend Volare Pizza.

I love Volare’s food! It’s absolutely amazing! I usually get the gnocchi which never disappoints. As well as the volare salad which is amazing too. The spaghetti is nothing special. However, every time I come here, I always get the worst service. Forget about getting a refill on your tiny glass of water. The waitress with blonde hair is unwelcoming and makes you feel like you’re asking for too much. I sat outside one night when it was too full on the inside.(It’s a small, but cute little Italian restaurant.) and I wanted the heater by my table to be turned on. I asked about 3 people who came in and out but no one knew how to turn it on even though one was already on by someone else’s table. Finally the blonde waitress came and told me to move tables near the one that was already on. There were giant directions on the heater, so it was extremely disappointing and I was tempted to turn it on myself. The man cooking the amazing food(owner too I assume) could care less. They do carry out so don’t waste your time with bad service when you can eat amazing food in the comfort of your own home.

We stopped by on a weekday night, since I wasn’t in the mood to cook. It’s a quaint, little place with a large patio(but not much seating indoors). We sat in the adorable bay window area. Service was prompt and great… our server suggested the garlic cheese bread… and I’m so glad she did! It was like a mini-cheese pizza without the tomato sauce… crispy, cheesy and oh-so-good! The meat lovers pizza was really meaty and chunky. The crust was perfectly crisped and just thin to be crunchy(just the way I like it)! The prices are reasonable, and the food is fresh and tasty… I can’t wait to go back and try the gnocchi!

Great little family owned spot! Very friendly service and food was all fantastic :) we got a sampler of garlic bread, fresh inspiration pizza, gnocchi, Caprese salad and EVERYTHING was delicious and fresh ingredients. Our service was great, friendly, fast, attention and extra generous! Great portions and prices too! Definitely coming back.
