I really liked living here up until the day I got my final bill. Not only did I not get back my deposit, but let me warn you right now that they literally rip up the rug to check for pet stains. So if you have a pet who ingests something poisonous and has a really bad time thanks to some jerk littering, steam cleaning or even professional cleaning will still get you a fantastic $ 350 charge. On top of this, I moved out early but kept the apartment under my name since getting out of the lease wasn’t going to happen and turned off my electricity early since I wouldn’t be there and somehow in the month I wasn’t there with nothing on except the AC at 75 my «bill» was somehow twice the normal bill I got every month with everything running normally. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I called I basically got a copy of a bill and was met with a general: «Well we got this bill and you have to pay it. We’re just doing our job.» The manager absolved herself of the problem and basically said we couldn’t dispute it.
If you’re military, don’t move here. Don’t do it. Clearing when you get orders will be a complete nightmare.

Price is right. You will not get your deposit back no matter how clean you leave the apartment. Wish we had believed the reviews posted online. Management is hard to work with. Apartments are in need of repair and will charge you for things they should have fixed before you moved in. Look elsewhere.
