This place is great! I bought my first longboard here because they’re much cheaper here than anywhere else in San Antonio. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. Unfortunately, I consider the shoes to be a tad bit expensive.

I am very dissatisfied with the experience in this store today. Store number 248 in San Antonio, TX at La Cantera mall. I have been a shopper at Vans for years. Until today I was a loyal client. I will not return to your store again. Your return policy is unclear or your associates are poorly trained. The quality of this location has declined in client service and a customer focused environment. I would love a job where I stood around and didn’t do a darn thing to help anyone. No wait, that’s not true I enjoy helping those around me. This is an ideal fit for someone who just doesn’t care. You need to clarify your sale buy one get one free return policy or train your associates to understand basic math. As a shopper I am at the losing end of your deal if I return anything. Your associate that first helped me with curly hair was very short and sarcastic with his demeanor. The store manager came over, and although he was much more pleasant, he was unable to provide a shopping experience that warrants my wallet to open. I vote wiith my dollar and in this tight overall spend share I have to give my wallet share to a better company.

I grew up wearing Vans shoes so they are a nostalgic touch point for me. I actually own two pair and I’m always on the look out for that third pair. They’re a durable, stylish brand that has managed to not only stay relevant over the years but thrive.
