Free People is something I love to garner inspirational stylings from. Whenever I come back to SA I try to pop into the store to see some of their boho/​hippy clothes in person and always have a good time.
The staff is always pretty eager to help you start a fitting room or answer any questions. They are always dressed in such style and I totally appreciate their feedback on putting together an outfit!
This location is one of the smaller ones I have been to and their sale rack is also lacking. However, I heard they are planning on expanding the store this year! Can’t wait to go and update my review then!

It is always a great shopping experience working with Letty and her staff. You will not regret shopping here. Staff, including management will stop what they are doing as soon as you walk in the door to help.

I love the clothes but hate the customer service. The staff is always always always too busy chit chatting with each other to pay any attention to their customers. I never am greeted when I walk into this store nor do I get a goodbye or thank you when I leave. It’s such a small store so you can’t say that you didn’t see me come in and out! It’s not like the clothes here are cheap, they’re actually quite pricey but you’d get better service at the gap or old navy. Like I said I like the line of clothing but hate this store, luckily nordstroms carries a lot of this line so I can officially avoid this store. After 6 bad experiences here I think I’ve learned my lesson! Better late than never!

Awesome!!! What a great shopping experience. I’ve been to Free People stores all over the country and this is one of my favorites. I wish they had a bigger selection, but it is one of the smallest locations. You do however have the option to order things from another store or online and have them shipped to you. Natalie is one of the sales associated there and she is great! She offered me and my husband fresh cold water on a hot day too and had some great recommendations. All the girls are so stylish and upbeat. I wish I lived closer so I could stop in more often!

The décor of Free People is the kind of stuff I dream of. I love the hanging decorations, and during the holidays it is even more beautiful with crafty wreaths and glittery stuff everywhere. I had the best shopping experience I’ve ever had with Free People at this location a few weeks ago. I normally shop at the Downtown Austin location, and although nothing is wrong with it, the girls at the SA Free People really seemed to want to be here — they were so friendly, were greeting everyone, and offered to prepare dressing rooms before you have the chance to ask (in a good way, not a pushy way). Additionally, they were super friendly throughout the whole checkout process. I love my New Years’ dress (Originally $ 130, marked down to $ 60, an additional discount off that meant I walked out paying $ 45 for a beautiful reversible dress) and I think these girls all do really well!

I don’t think I have ever written a review for a retail store, but I just wanted to say the customer service here was wonderful.
The dress I wanted for New Years was unavailable in Houston and the closest store that had it was this one. Unfortunately I don’t remember the employee that helped me, but she saved me with my last minute request and was very nice.
