I have been doing business at this location for over 10 years, Dick & Mary (owners) have treated me like family. They are very professional, but once you do business there I can’t imagine going elsewhere.

OMG. This is the worst UPS store I’ve ever been in. Since when do I need to ask multiple times for a receipt to track my package?! I swear everyone there just needs to retire and call it quits because I wanted to pull my hair out. The Mary lady who works there (apparently has 12 years experience) doesn’t even know how to work the computer or copier.
If you want to be confident that your package is being handled properly… Don’t go to this store.

Had to return a pre paid item so I went there for the first time. The staff and owner had a chance to win my business but they were unfriendly and grumpy. I think the owner or manager was there and certainly did not make me or the next customer feel welcome in his store. I will not return as there are many other UPS franchise stores in the area.
