If you’ve ever been frustrated for living at a place where the property manager is unattentive and the property is a mess, you will be overjoyed to find a place like The Mosaic. It’s important to remember that leasing a place for each resident can be very different and highly dependent upon current management. When I lived at The Mosaic(2014 – 2015), I signed the lease with one manager, moved in with another overseeing the office and finished out with the consistency of Sarah and Erika over the course of 9+ months. Sara is a fantastic manager consistent in her approach and Erika is completely responsive to all resident needs. Keep in mind these ladies have their clients living above them, walking around them, etc. Let’s give them credit for doing their best. Since the property was new, we went through a few rounds of revised policies, but eventually settled on a fair amount of do’s/dont’s consistent with any location in the area. The only reason I moved out was due to pricing and sqft needs. When I moved in, I paid $ 1400 for a 1⁄1. That boosted to $ 1550 the following year. A 2⁄2 would have cost in the $ 2k/month range. W/D are a separate cost, but they install for you and there is a laundry room on each floor. You can rent out the clubhouse for $ 150 + $ 100 deposit and have it the entire day(a nice price for our all-day toddler bash). One specific benfit I enjoyed was that the property had easy access to Fiesta activities(and Sara made it such that you could easily get in/out). I also enjoyed that it is close to the Pearl but still a ways away so you can distance yourself from the noise. If you decide to check it out, tell them Megan and Pistol sent you! Cheers.
