Tried this food truck over at BoB a few weeks ago and got the ahi tuna lettuce wraps. They were OK, but not something I’d get again. For $ 9 I really don’t think you’re getting a good deal. The dipping sauces that were paired with the lettuce wraps were good and I think without the sauces, it wouldn’t have been as good. Also, the service was a bit off. The lady who was helping me was sort of standoff-ish, so that put me off from the beginning. I frequently visit BoB and have always had great experiences with all of the food trucks, but this one in particular I didn’t. I probably won’t come back.

New truck at B.O.B. and they are a keeper. I tried the Ahi Tuna Lettuce Wraps. Seared rare tuna placed on a lettuce leaf and a spicy mayo and a soy vinaigrette provided at kick it up. Both are very good compliments to the tuna. On the day i was there they also had burgers and chicken fried steak sandwiches. Looking forward to trying some of their more exotic offerings. #150

Newest food truck at BoB. Wondered why it was called The Meating Spot: Vegans need not come by. They serve all things meat, from ahi tuna to frog legs. I had the ahi tuna lettuce wraps and was skeptical. While it took a few minutes to get my meal, it definitely worhlth the wait. The tuna was fresh and seared to perfection with the right amount of seasoning. Their spicy mayo and soy vinegar dipping sauces really complimented the dish and took it over the top. GETIT! The 2 guys that run it were very friendly. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it’s cash only.
