Overpriced merchandise, snooty workers. Inquired about pricing on an item in the store and received two different prices from two different employees. Do not come here.

After visiting every rustic furniture store in and around San Antonio, The Look offers the best balance of quality and price. They offer custom (ie, built-​to-​order) furniture that is handcrafted in Dallas or Phoenix. The leathers and hides appear to be top quality. Woods are primarily alder with lesser emphasis on teak and mahogany. The quality appears to be on par with that offered at Calamity Jane’s in Boerne and at Hill Country Interiors on 1604 & Blanco, but at much better prices. This is a family-​owned business, and it shows. We were warmly greeted and made to feel at home. Their goal is customer satisfaction. OVERALL: OUTSTANDING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
