Texas Plastic Surgery

Dr. Garza did my nose, created a deformity and additional complications. He promised to revise them during a second surgery, at no cost, taking responsibility for these issues. Dr. Garza went through the entire pre-​operative process, canceled my revision surgery twice then refused to speak with me and instructed staff to ignore me. I was never a problem patient, always understanding about «these things happening.» I never received a patient termination letter. He now refuses to provide my complete medical records and I will need to pay a substantial amount for the revision to fix his errors.
He also stands behind random claims of glory that he can not prove. Dr. Garza claims to have played for the Saints? Find proof. He has never been able to show any, for someone who talks so highly of himself on this matter you would think he have five pieces of proof for every hour he claims he has played?! No staff has ever been able to verify this to me, or anyone else in the history of his lies.
I also overheard many horrifying conversations between Dr. Garza and staff saying horrible and uncaring things about other patients. Also overheard many horrifying things said by Dr. Garza to his staff, makes me realize why he has such a HUGE staff turnover.
