Stadia Medical Spa

Just visited Stadia Medical Spa. It is a beautiful place, the staff is personable, polite, and hospitable. Dr. Garza and his medical staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I will visit them again… soon. Age is catching up with me.

this place deserves stars beyond 5! doctors and staff top notch. aestheticians work in conjunction with dermatologists. guys, don’t think spas are just for ladies. the emphasis here is medical, hence the name. prices are quite reasonable, too. the skin is the bodies largest organ, treat it well, and take care of potential life threatening situations. you know what I’m talking about, especially lighter skinned people and sun worshippers. thankfully, I just go in for vanity purposes!

I have been going to Stadia for the past six months or so. The spa is very relaxing and clean while the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. They are each licensed estheticians unlike some other medical spas. Services they provide range from laser hair removal and Botox to invasive surgical procedures. Making appointments were easy and there were many slots available.

This place is not only the best spa I have been to but has the greatest customer service AND treatments!
I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal. I had previously bought other laser hair removal packages from other «spas» and been so disappointed with the lack of results. Let me tell you, Amy is the best. She is knowledgable and informative and takes great pride in her work.
The laser hair removal here totally works. You will NOT be disappointed.
The ambiance is AMAZING, tranquil and relaxing. The front desk staff has always been friendly and professional. You will NOT regret getting any service here.
Celeste gave me the BEST facial I have ever experienced. I would recommend their signature facial to anyone who is looking for 45 min of relaxation and bliss!

My laser hair removal appointments with Amy went well — she’s a knowledgeable professional who knows what she’s doing. It was GETTING those appointments with Amy that was a problem. A repeated problem. A repeated problem that created repeated inconveniences for me.
While the front-​desk crew is professional & pleasant, I would suggest that they not assume clients are OK with seeing someone other than their regular esthetician. Just because I let a trainee do my treatment one time under Amy’s supervision does not mean I want her doing future treatments. If Amy’s schedule changes & she’s not available, the right thing to do is call the client & ask if he/​she would like to reschedule with Amy or if they’re OK with seeing the trainee.
I was unknowingly rescheduled with the brand-​new esthetician & was not happy to learn this when I showed up for my appointment. And it put me in an awkward position because she was the only person at the desk so I had to tell her that I preferred to see Amy — talk about being put on the spot! Wow! If someone had called to let me know Amy wasn’t available for my appointment, I would’ve rescheduled & could’ve saved myself time, gas & embarrassment.
Luckily the trainee remembered I preferred to see Amy so when Amy was again not available for my next treatment, she had the foresight to advise Mary Jo to call me. Which she did & I rescheduled. Without the trainee’s quick thinking, I would’ve wasted time & gas again for an appointment that I would’ve preferred to have rescheduled.
The scheduling issues don’t end there.
When I was en route to my next appointment, Mary Jo called to say Amy was again not available. This was 30 minutes before my appointment. Thirty minutes. I’d left work early & was halfway to the spa (I work 21 miles away). I had even called earlier in the day to confirm the appointment! Hardly professional & super frustrating.
I don’t know what the cause of these habitual scheduling problems is, but I’ll never recommend Stadia to others or return for more services. My time is valuable & should be respected.

I have been getting botox there for last 4 years, they are sensational at this. It’s a very clean and bright space and they are very professional. If you want to get botox this is the place.

Excellent service from all employees there, very luxurious place. Amy worked with me every appointment I had, not just anyone available. She was very professional and natural. Not pushy or exaggerated as in other places. Strongly recommend this place.

This spa is absolutely beautiful. The spa services were so relaxing and the aesthetician made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. Even the receptionist was knowledgeable when I was booking my appointment and when giving me quotes on other services they offer. I guess the spa is run by a plastic surgeon and it’s linked to a dermatologist right next door so you can pretty much go there for anything under the sun. Will be back!
