I was referred to Texas Perinatal Group when I was pregnant with my son. At my 20 week ultrasound they found a defect and wanted me to go to Texas Perinatal Group to get reassurance and more ultrasound pictures done. The location of the office is really nice. It’s located in the same area as KENS5 right on Fredericksburg. The office itself is really easy to find. Once inside, the waiting room is large and the receptionists are really nice to deal with. I never had an issue with any of them and always felt like they were treating me right. I never usually had to wait once I was in. I’d have to wait a small amount of time(10 – 20 minutes) but nothing longer. I was referred here because my son had a cleft lip and possible cleft palate. I didn’t actually find out that he would be born with a cleft lip until I was getting an ultrasound done and the doctor came back to tell me that’s why I was there. I seriously cried my heart out and everyone was really accomodating, friendly and reassuring from the doctors to the nurses. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I went back here every 4 weeks for an ultrasound since I was high-risk and usually the only women who come here are because they are labelled high-risk. I never once had a bad issue here and the doctor really was one of the best doctors I’ve ever had in my life. His name is Dr. Ramsey. He had great bedside manner and he was just an excellent doctor all around. If you EVER need to go to a high-risk clinic for pregnant women, this is the place to go!
