YES!!! Relief at last. I have chronic pain throughout my whole body (FMS) along with chronic migraines. I’ve discussed Reflexology & Acupressure with my doctors and they said, give it a try. After reading all the reviews from the different locations (which were very helpful) I decided to try it out. I was having a very painful day so why not, right? Just in case you’re wondering, yes it hurts! But, it was so worth it. I did 30 minutes of Reflexology & 30 minutes Acupressure. When I left I could turn my head again
The ppl are really nice, explained different options & did not pressure me into anything. I will be going back. The place was very clean & neat. But don’t expect to get a «pamper me, relaxation massage». There are no frills. But they sure know what they are doing.

Booked 2 massages online Saturday for Sunday at noon. Afterward I realized that it didn’t give me a location option. So after 2 calls and 2 emails I was set for the Braun point location. Figured we’d be 15 minutes early for the paperwork. They don’t open til 12 on Sunday. Cool. But if you allow me to make a 12 appointment someone should be there by 1145. A guy showed up at 12. My husband, another lady, and myself had 12 appointments. The guy looked like he had no idea why we were there. He called someone and tried to figure it out. After already waiting to get in I was a little annoyed at them being unprepared. So my husband and I left. Won’t be going back.

Worst wax I have ever had. The lady asked me if I used to be fat before, I did not understand why she would ask such an inappropriate question. She asked me to help her as well. She would wax very large areas at a time which made it very painful and since the wax was a little too hot, my skin ended up more irritated than usual and a day later skin is peeling off. She also said that waxing my back part was going to be an additional 10 dollars, which to me that is unheard of since it has always been included with the waxing. At the end she asked me to tell her how much I was going to leave as a tip, I was not even thinking about leaving a tip at all, but I decided to leave 8 dollars, she was not very happy and she said that was barely 12% and I was obligated to leave a tip of 10 dollars.

Worst wax ever! Still in disbelief that I was asked to help. Left with wax on my hands and sticky allover. Then she asked for a tip. Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe it.

disappointed! first time they rescheduled my appointment only an hour before my original time!!! i agreed to come later thinking i will give a chance but when i came it was ok, wax wasnt ready for procedure .
when i came for a second time i was even more upset because their staff didnt show up when i specifically asked her last time if she will be in town because i need stuff done and i was promised everything will be fine. they said they called me (i never received a call) so when they dialed my number in front of me their phone doesn’t work so receptionist tried her cell and i got a phone call. so now i dont even know what to do. because this is a huge disappointment! thank God i didnt buy a package through them!
