Splendid Skincare and Brow Studio

Alizabeth Beck is the esthetician and owner of Splendid in the Pearl and she did a marvelous job on my brows. It’s new, but she used to work at Nordstrom in the Anastasia counter and was trained under her. My brows are generally terrible and she gave me hope! I go get my brows waxed at different nail salons and it’s definitely hit or miss (thank God I have bangs), but she is seriously a pro. A wax isn’t just a wax, it’s a «consultation.» She takes about half an hour, stencils out what they will look like BEFORE the wax, and cleans up after so I’m not red and gross. Warning: it’s pricey. $ 40! But kinda worth it since it’s my face? Anyway, the studio is basically a really nice apartment converted to salon, but I don’t mind. It’s nice and cozy, clean and smells lovely. Customer service is great and they are professional. They fit me in last minute, but I think she’s usually booked, so make an appointment.
