I support small business but I cant support this. Sorry :( I purchased an eyelash fill on groupon because I needed my eyelashes filled(duh, right?). I went to her site online and she had appts avaiable all day so I scheduled myself for later on that day. It said I’d receive a confirmation but i never received an email or call so I called her after a few hours. She sounded confused but confirmed me for later that day. Ok, great. It took me forever to find the place as its in a complex of small independent beauty salons and the building you walk into is called«Salons by JC» and I had no idea that’s what I was looking for. That would have been a good piece of info to give out or make available. So… I made it a minute late. Should I assume I need to walk into a building that has a different name? That’s a new one for me. When I walked in she gave me a weird look, so i explained I was here for me 5pm appt. She still seemed confused but said ok. She wouldnt start without seeing my groupon, which is fine but it literally took my 10 minutes to find the specific number. When she finally got around to looking at my lashes she told me I should have called before I bought the groupon because she had to do a lot of work to fill them. Really? So, if I would have called what could you have told me over the phone? And why would you put yourself on groupon if you cant give me what you’re advertising? Nothing in the fine print said«I may not want to do your lashes so call ahead of time to see if I’m hormonal today or not». SMDH… not a good way to treat someone when you’re in the service industry doll. After all this, she did a horrible job on my lashes.
