Sonic

Bad customer service. I asked if they were open an employee said NO and it was 9:00pm and they close at 12:00am. When we got down I asked the employee why the light were off she said that they DIDN’T want it to get busy. WHO IS THE MANAGER of this LOCATION?? ? We still got down and they served us. The General Manager in charge in that location need to review the employees and the acting Manger in charge. Turning light off will give you no customers but its also bad for business. Not going to that location again. I’m sticking to the one near my home.

Sonic delivers each time with their food but not their service because of its inconsistency each time we head over there for a chocolate fudge sundae or a chili cheese dog, they’re always missing napkins, straws etc, something is always missing. Its ‘ok’ though… This is just the place to stop by for a cold sundae with the family after a hot day or ‘just because you feel like it after a walk in the park in this San Antonio heat! Nothing spectacular but hits the spot for the price which works for me because of the location which keeps me coming back for more!

Ordered two drinks, waited 10 minutes. Nothing. See cars pulled in after me get their food. Pressed the button, asked them about my order. They said what order! Two drinks! The excuse was that the order was recalled. Whatever. Don’t go to this drive in. Bad service!

As others have stated, my wife and I visit Sonic often for drinks and sometimes food. The service keeps getting worse and worse. We have waited for up to fifteen minutes for a simple drink order. Our most recent visit was for dessert, and after a twenty – twenty – minute wait, we were brought dessert with no spoons in which to eat them. As the waitress walked back, I called out for her, and she just kept going.
I like Sonic, and I will drive a little further for one with some semblance of competency. I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant, but I expect better than what this location offers.

This is a quick, easy fast food choice (in a sea of them) off Broadway — here’s why:
Easy ordering — better than a slow drive through, you press a button when ready to order and don’t hold up other customers
Decent menu — the menu is fast food with an an old but new twist; the tater tots are delicious, onion rings too greasy, and popcorn chicken just right
Friendly service makes it nice, too

While I don’t eat at fast food places, my wife likes the drinks at *most* Sonics.
Rolled into this location just to grab a quick drink for the wife, placed order, waited 15 minutes, watched at least 5 other customer who placed their (food) orders after me get their order BEFORE me, watched the waitress/​carhop sit down at a table with non-​employee friends carry on some very loud and immature conversation (in front of customers), when confronting the manager about my order, didn’t even try to «make it right» by offering me a refund, but rather seemed annoyed at the fact that I seemed annoyed for having to wait for 20 minutes for them to fill a styrofoam cup with (way too much) ice and pour in a powder based HFCS liquid with far too much food coloring.
But I digress.
Pros:
+ if you enjoy being ignored and then given attitude by the employees when you ask for your order, this is definitely your place
+ if you are interested in joining a gang, this would be an excellent place to start
+ if you know any of the employees or happen to order food, chances are you’ll get served before those ordering just drinks
+ if you are interested to expediting renal failure, this would be an excellent place to start
+ was not shot in the face by a guy with a lot of prison tattoos over a drug deal gone wrong
Cons:
— didn’t get a mint with my order (which is usually the Sonic MO)

Terrible. Never was waited on.

I like this location!
The service is pretty good and they are fast.
Once I got the wrong order and they were so nice about it and more than willing to help out and get me the right one.
I’ll definitely keep coming here.

So it’s been a long time since I had a Sonic burger and this was a good freekin burger! I ordered the cheese single burger with mustard, lettuce, and tomato. The burger itself was charred nicely and was juicy; the veggies were crisp and cold. I also got me some tater tots. You just have to love tater tots!
I have been to one Sonic here in Las Vegas once, but I do not remember it tasting the same. I will have to give it another try though as it reminds me of home, since I grew up going to get brown bag specials (2 burgers 2 fries 2 drinks) with my mom.
If you have not had a Sonic Burger, go now… put down the mouse and go!
Make sure you try the cherry lime-​aid!

Services is usually good and fast. Always hits the spot for junk food!

Get the limeades! Food is ok. I really like the chicken toaster one. Open late and you have so many flavors of limeade to choose from. I recommend the cherry limeade chiller!

I like this location because its right next to my job! So when I’m booked with clients, I run over, grab food and run back lol
