We went to this place twice during our weekend trip to San Antonio, we had such a good experience. A great selection of sneakers, especially Jordans for the shoe connoisure. The owners like the 49ers, like me!, so they had socks and hats that you can’t anywhere else in Texas. The salesguys we worked with were very helpful and not pushy and my husband and I ended up with two pairs of Jordans two Kaepernick socks and a SF hat from there. Yes we spent a pretty penny but their service made it less painful ha ha. One star is removed because they need a better ladies selection. I really wanted some air maxes and they had only one pair. Will definitely be back soon.

Big big big selection of shoes in this place. With me trying to find rare shoes (basketball shoes, everyday walking shoes, running shoes as well) or find a place with a big amount of new releases! Shoe Palaces is going to be your place. With new releases coming and going. Shoes palace has always had my size, and a matching pair for my baby nephew. The only thing they need to calm down with is… the adding on part. They go a little to far. There’s nothing wrong with adding on (hey here’s a t shirt to go with your shorts. What do you think?). Just don’t over do it! Customer service good. Just calm it down! But overall they alway have what I need.

Store policy is the worst and they never seem to have my kids shoe size. Now I have a store credit that I have to use in 30 days. After I use this credit I will never shop at this store again and I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of this place.

Customer Service is the BEST! Anthony and his team always keep the new launches orderly. Got the Bred 11’s and 13’s. Will be shopping again!
