Hands down the worst customer service experience to date. We only came here because we were in a rush but were hungry and didn’t have time to walk down the river walk for a better restaurant. We had a party of six on Sunday around 1:30. The seating hostess wasn’t friendly at all, she was going to sit us at a table, which by the way, they just shoved there. Clearly there was no space to even walk around the table, even the party seated next to the table were squished. I simply asked if there was a booth available for six. Her response was shockingly horrible she looked at me rolled her eyes and huffed and didn’t say anything stomped back over to her hostesses computer and started complaining to her coworker right in front of us, we were still being waited to seat us. An extremely unprofessional way to handle such a simple question. Our server was friendly however you could tell he was new because we had to wait for a simple drink refill for a long while because his explanation as to why he couldn’t get me a refill was because he had to help other tables first. Which he took their order and gave them drinks went to another table took their order and gave them drinks… I don’t see how hard it was to get one extra lemonade. In my party there was someone who had received a free appetizer for signing up for your email and on the table top kiosk there wasn’t an option to manually enter a coupon code only for a reward sign up or a QR code scan not to manually enter. Our server didn’t know how so he called the manager to help. As soon as the manager came she asked like she seemed like she was going to be helpful. We explained what the problem was and we couldn’t find where to manually enter a coupon code for our free appetizer. She wasn’t listening to anything that was being said. She looked on our phone and said in a very condescendingly and disrespectful way«Surpirse here it is!» But she simply just showed us the coupon code on the phone, which was not the problem. She didn’t even help us or showed us how to do it for the future. She simply took the phone to the back applied it to the check and had our server bring it back and she ended up hiding in the back until we left. Obviously the staff is a reflection of the management and she had a bad attitude. I will NEVER return to this location and would suggest to everyone not to come here.

Worst chili’s baby back ribs I have ever tasted. They taste as if they had been cook exclusively by boiled water and had an equally weak bbq sauce slapped on the soggy meat. I’ve eaten my fair share of chili’s ribs and these didn’t come close to what I have come to expect.

Left before we were seated. Only 2 people working the front of three house, a bartender and a waiter. No host. No one to bus many dirty tables. Party of two ahead of us were already waiting 10mins without acknowledgement when we arrived. Staff on duty did not appear interested in being a 2 man show. If that’s how the front of the house is staffed, you cannot have greater expectations in the back of the house so, we quit while we were ahead.

I come to this Chilis because it’s easier for me to access, since I live downtown. But this will soon change. The service is always terrible. When I arrived at 11:15AM, the bartender wasn’t sure if they were open. After we fumbled with our phones to check the time I decided to sit at the bar, since there didn’t seem to be anyone else in the restaurant… staff or customer. I ordered a dressed beer that had so much head due to not being poured correctly. I decided not to order another. The bartender took a while to take our order. The food took a while to come out since the kitchen was not completely set up yet. Food wasn’t very tasty. Overall, one of my poorest Chili’s visits I’ve had in a while. Won’t be going back again for a long time.

Came to have dinner the restaurant was slow with one person taking care of the floor. Tho the waitress was nice we ate most of our food without silverware she forgot to bring us. The food wasn’t good that I didn’t even bother ordering an entrée. I wouldn’t visit this location again.

I love Chilies and this is the worst one I ever had the misfortune to visit. Non existent staff. Worst Margarita I have ever tasted. In Texas?! Bar area was dirty and messy so I went and grabbed a cloth and cleaned it myself. Avoid this dump.

Horrible service. Came in to get a to-go, but there was no one in the bar so my friends and I decided to just have a sit down dinner. It took forever to get our drinks ordered. We had to ask people at the front to get our waitress. We only ordered appetizers and waters. Out of all of our orders we only received our chips and water. We sat for what felt like more than an hour. I paid for our chips and left without paying for the rest of our order(since we did not even receive it). Do not go to this chilis.

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. From the waitstaff to management. Started off outside because it was so cold in the restaurant we couldn’t sit inside. As we are headed to our seats outside the people sitting down are feeding the birds. Started off with a couple then it was invasion of the birds. I kindly asked the waitress to tell them to stop and she acted like she was scared to speak up. So before the invasion we put in our drink order and appetizer order. I ordered the chips/queso/salsa. After about 15 minutes we get our drinks and some cold queso. The queso was very runny and cold. By now the birds are starting to eat everyone’s food. It would have been nice for someone on the staff to try and control the situation but I guess they were busy and all of them were taking care of the one couple in the restaurant. So I picked up or drinks and chips and moved my family inside. After about 10 minutes our waitress realizes that we are inside so she apologizes and takes our order. My wife places order and I asked for queso to be heated up. She brings me back the same queso on the same plate. I thought I would get the good batch this time but it was still funny. I told her I did not want it. She said I will talk to my manager to see if he can take this off. Lol! Seriously!!! During the 40 minutes we waited to get our order we witnessed the manager and kitchen staff in and out the front taking smoke breaks. The staff was so unprofessional but if you saw the sloppy manager I guess you would understand why. Finally we get our food and my daughters food is wrong. My wife is pissed and asked how long would it take for them to get her what she ordered. The man who brought it out acted like he was mad at us for their mistake. The manager comes over and tells my wife it will take another 10 minutes. This is after the 40 minutes we waited. My wife tells him never mind and he says he will take this off the ticket. Ya think!!! What an idiot! Through this time our waitress finally brings the straws and silverware we asked for at the beginning. I’m thinking that the staff reflects the leadership and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I get my ticket and its $ 45??? Really!!! This was the worst $ 45 I have ever spent and we left half of the food paid and got the hell out if there. I hope Chili’s looks into this because I’ve never had a bad experience with a Chili’s. The leadership is a true reflection of this restaurant. Fat and sloppy!!! This is my first time not leaving a tip.

Hard to even give this review 1 star. Ordered the shrimp tacos, big mistake! The scrimp tasted awful. It’s not seasoned one bit and tastes like they had freezer burn. So disappointed, I will never waste my money at another chilis!

Me and my boyfriend went here and it was very disappointing. The place is dirty and it smells bad! The food is over cooked and too watery! the servers are nice but they had to assist a lot of tables so they couldn’t focus enough to give a good customer service.

Worse Chili’s experience I have ever had. Got the pork tacos and so tasteless I ask for some jalapenos so there be some flavor. Would not recommend. The service was decent even though they switched my sweet tea with my daughter’s. Ugg; nothing worse than expecting unsweetened tea and take a big gulp and sugar coat your mouth.

WAKEUP managers at this location! Your servers are terrible! My husband took our kids yesterday to this location. This was his one chance to have some daddy/kid time. Why he chose chills, idk, but it was off the riverwalk. He came home and told me of the horrible service he had from this one waiter. From the get-go he said he made it extremely obvious that he didn’t want to wait on a table with kids. Hello guy, it’s your job! I would’ve not even left him a tip. The Rainforest Café would’ve been more kid friendly than this Chilis thats suppose to be family friendly. I’m very upset that this visit went like this. We won’t be returning. If He wanted nasty waiters, he would’ve just went to Dicks.

If I could leave less than one star I would. This is absolutely the worst Chili’s I’ve ever been to. Tonight we attempted to eat here, after waiting about five minutes to be greeted we were shown to our table in the bar area and told that Carlos would be our server. We were never greeted by a waiter, the manager walked past twice casually conversing with fellow staff and after about 15 minutes we left never even getting a drink order. Normally I would stay and just ask to see a manager, however we had a show to make and were in a bit of a time crunch so slow service wasn’t an option.

Wow… I can’t believe all the bad reviews I see here! I had a GREAT experience! Maybe this place is under new management? i dunno, but I wish I’d gone to this place earlier instead of trying to navigate the congested food court. Loved the menu! Got a nice quesadilla(10.99, I think?) that came with a few choices for starters, so I chose the salad. It was a nice size and included purple onions and croutons. They have these machines on the tables, and I was able to play trivia games on it while I waited for my food.(I won.) Note: A charge of 99 cents will appear on your bill if you play the games. The quesadilla itself, a bacon guacamole flavored affair, tasted scrumptacular. I goofed off on the computer while eating and found a button called«PAYCHECK». When you press it, a red light on top of the computer lights up to let your server know you need to pay up. Too impatient? No problem! There’s a place to slide your credit/debit card and pay at the table. This is PERFECT if you’re in a rush. Which is why I might go again tomorrow. If I had found this place earlier, I probably wouldn’t have missed my first workshop of the afternoon.(I didn’t want to show up 20 minutes late for an hour class and interrupt everything.)And since I have another 45 minute lunch tomorrow, I might just be back.

I will never come here again. The service was terrible, our server was annoyed to even have our table. I’ve been a server for 5 years and there was no excuse for the horrible experience we had. By the time we sat down, we were later told that the bar was closed… While we were seated in the bar? I’ve never been to a restaurant where the bar closed several hours before the restaurant. After a few other rude responses from the server we cancelled our order and left.

This place was not what we expected. They got our order wrong then my husband’s food was delayed because another server served it to someone else. My daughters chocolate milk was spoiled. They charge 0.99 to use the table top computer on the table without letting us know. $ 50 for not much at all. Won’t be back :(

Horrible horrible horrible horrible… we just wanted a salad… no one was here, I ordered a Corona light. it sat at the bar for over 15 minutes before anyone could be bothered to bring it to me… The manager was standing at the bar and I wanted to see what the hell he did, he did nothing… I mean nothing. The bartender made at least 10 drinks and they all sat there… This has to be the worst most miss managed chain Chili’s in the world. go and get something at the food court… really

I am so disappointed by this location. You would think that being where its located and that so many tourist go there, that the service and the food would be better. My friend and I stopped there while we were downtown and we sat at our table for almost 20 minutes before our waiter even came over to our table. He probably only did because we were about to leave. After that everything was just so slow and he would act like he was frustrated with us. It wasn’t even busy. I was so disappointed especially because Chili’s is one of our favorite places to eat.
