My little man got his first haircut today. Honestly Deb did a great job on my son’s hair she kept him busy when he would try to move. I will be coming back again.

Like I’ve said in another location’s review, I think that the ambience is worth the $$(at this point in my temperamental son’s life). I like this location in particular. The shopping center seems new & there’s a lot to do in the area. Plus, my kid got the best cut he’s ever gotten. In his whole life. He’s only 2, but still.

Did a walk in and thankfully one of the stylists had finished early and was able to see my son. He’s horrible at getting haircuts and the last time it ended with us having to have the stylist shave all of it off because he moved while screaming and she took off a chunk. Our stylist did a quick and amazing job. Definitely recommend to all with little kids although a bit pricey.

We had a great first experience yesterday! My one year old has only had hair cuts at home before, but this was his first time at an establishment and he really enjoyed himself. Shamira cut his hair and was very friendly and worked very well with him. We will definitely be back.

Really wonderful experience for our 2 ½ year olds first haircut. Thanks to Deborah and the staff for making him feel special so he really enjoyed getting his haircut and took a big relief off of us! We will definitely be back.

We have been going here for 3 years and love it. Deborah does a wonderful job with our 4-year-old’s hair and was very patient in his younger days when he squirmed much more than he does now. Once our daughter starts needing a haircut, we will definitely take her to see Deborah as well. Like others have said, it is helpful to schedule an appointment so you don’t have to wait — plus you can schedule regularly with the same person.

Deb does a great job on my son’s(3yrs) hair. We’ve never experienced a customer service issue at this location. Maybe they have new people now or better training. It’s children’s place for haircuts. The little ones can hop on a car and watch their favorite cartoon. I highly recommend calling for an appointment. The days of walk-ins are over. Maybe try Supercuts or Fantastic Sams for that. Today if you walk in here or a barbar shop you’ll be waiting. Good luck to you. Call for an appointment to save yourself time and disappointment. They have video games and chairs for the older kids. But my oldest comes with to the barber shop so I don’t have a review for that part. They do a good job for the type of clients they cut. I envy them trying to cut toddlers’ hair.

My daughter had an appt there tonight and the stylist we got, Shamira, was so unprofessional. It was at 6:30pm and they close at 7pm so they were ready to go home! She wouldn’t turn the TV on for my daughter-I had to ask twice after she pulled her Frozen DVD out and placed it in her purse to remember to take it home. The chair she wanted to place us in was full of hair so she grabbed the blow dryer and blew the hair up and all over my daughter and I. We then sat down(daughter on my lap) and she was not comfortable with the cape so we went without it. Shamira began spraying her comb with water and sprayed me right in the face. After cutting my daughters bangs she said«ok you can take a look» and walked away. So even if I weren’t happy with it I wasn’t going to go find her to «fix» anything. She didn’t even offer to wipe the hair off of my daughter or I especially since we did the cut without the cape. When I went up to pay she was gossiping with the receptionist about how she wasn’t going to stay late etc. Very poor experience! I get it — its the end of the day and you probably have been dealing with crying kids all day on your feet but I still feel like we deserve a good experience and an effort to make the child feel comfortable getting her hair cut. I wont be seeing her ever again!

Moved here from SoCal & my boys were in desperate need of a haircut. I decided to give this place a shot since they were the only ones with availability on a Sunday afternoon @ 4pm. I’m glad I did. Both my boys had such a great experience. One watched the movie cars while the other one played Nintendo. The haircuts are a bit pricy 38.00 for both but I think it was all worth it. I will be back.

So I Unilocaled for children’s haircuts and found this place near my home. Walked in was told they would b able to do haircut in about 15 minutes. So we Waited for about 25 minutes … No problem … I could tell the stylists were wrapping up and just then my child decided nature was calling. So we scurried quickly to the bathroom. Of course, they called my child when he was in the bathroom /so I poked my head out and said we were coming. Literally 90 seconds later we came out and the stylist had moved on to a different child. The next available stylist they gave to a child with a 4 pm appt(it was 3:56 — we got called at 3:52 and were out of the bathroom by 3:54) She said because there are only so many minutes for walk ins they have to do the next set of appointments before they would take him. What?!? Seriously??? We were 90 seconds in the bathroom! Anyone would be upset with this terrible customer service — especially in a place of business that caters to children. Furthermore If you can not handle a walk-in then don’t take them! I would have been happy to schedule for the next day or to just go somewhere else but if you say you will see us then we need to be treated like paying customers with our name on the books. Once the stylist calls you like you are going to be seen — you expect to be seen! I walked out after wasting 45 minutes. Luckily lots of other salons in the area are more than happy to take my money. Not a good experience!

We’ve been coming here for so long and they continue to win me over with every visit. I can be pretty picky and they get it right over and over again. They definitely deserve five stars from me!

This is far from your typical haircut place. With adorable décor, fun gifts, sweet staff, talented stylists, and even the dreamiest of all Princess Playtimes, it makes me wish I were a kid again! They have cute little cars for younger kiddos to perch in as they tame their dos and video game systems for older ones. Sharkey’s says they do adult hair, but eh, I think I will let this one be a special spot for my babes. Clarissa rocked my baby boy’s shaggy locks and really listened to my wishes. After my daughter was done with her hair cut, they french braided the top, sprayed her hair with sparkles, and even gave her a balloon(needless to say, she thinks she needs another hair cut just a week later!). At $ 17 per cut, it’s a little pricier, but worth every penny! P. S. You MUST try the Princess Playtime(for girls about 7 and under)! For $ 10, your little beauty gets her nails polished, hair styled, and her choice of the most amazing dress-up gowns! During the summer, they have it every Monday through Thursday from 10 – 11 but you have to call ahead and prepay.
