Handy little grocery with a good variety of spices, exotic convenience foods, and even a little produce. We also get good quality henna for hair and temporary tattoos here. If you are lucky they often have freshly baked naan and other breads and pastries at the front. You can also get a lot of frozen items that are previously prepared. It is very tidy and the owner is extremely helpful. The prices are very reasonable especially for the middle of Stone Oak/​North San Antonio. There are bigger Indian grocery stores further west in SA, but this little jewel has most of what I need most of the time!

So much packed into this little store. And it’s so cheap! The prices for spices are just great, I admit that the overuse of paper signs and pictures of people no one knows on the glass to show their heritage is catchy but also tacky.
For those of you that like ethnic foods they have some great options here, but the vegans are the lucky ones as they have a lot of options on dried items. Of course the ignorant will not come in but for the smart cook I highly suggest this
place because HEB can’t touch it for the hard to find ethnic spices that make that curry zing.
