Sam’s Club

SAMPLES! My favorite part about my visit to this Sam’s club location was all the free nibbles. Chex mix? Absolutely! Buttered potatoes? Yum! Jalapeño smoked sausage? Don’t mind if I do.
I tagged along with my boyfriend and his family today and was amazed at all of the things you can get here. In addition to food and typical grocery items they also had clothes, televisions, jewelry, perfumes, books, toys, and gifts GALORE! I was also excited to see that you can purchase gift cards here for a reduced rate. All together, an a-​okay experience minus the salespeople for direct TV and ceramic hair styling tools (they weren’t pushy but it was awkward). Was my visit amazing enough for me to want to get my OWN Sam’s club membership? Not really, but it was definitely an entertaining afternoon.

Sam’s is a giant warehouse of bulk item shopping. The lines are always long but the pizza slice is cheap. You can buy enough TP, soap, deodorant, shampoo, vitamin C, socks, grapes, paper plates and more to last you several months to a year and all for about $ 10 each. It seems everything is $ 10 there. You’ll never walk out without spending three digits. The good thing about this Sam’s is the self-​checkout which is usually line-​free and if you park off to the side, you’ll probably get a closer parking spot than fighting for the spots up front past the rows of handicap spots.
It’s a convenient and affordable party planning place. You get your paper cups, plates, plastic dinnerware as well as your appetizers already neatly placed on a serving tray. Just place on your table, lift the lid and voila! Pastries for the morning meeting can be bought the night before and there’s enough variety that everyone is happy. Now only if they offered those traveler coffee boxes like Starbucks, that would be awesome.
I never really want to go to Sam’s (I hate crowds) but sometimes you just have to because it’s so convenient and then you don’t have to worry about running out of TP for a long time.

if you want to buy in bulk and save, Sam’s will be your place. Customer service is ok. Flowers are gorgeous and prices are low. They have everything in one roof.

All employees TODAY look so miserable. They are rude, they are in major need of customer service training. Horrible!
