Friendly staff, but if you don’t have a $ 200,000 boat then dont even bother taking your boat to them. They barely looked at my boat and said that it needed a new outboard. They said that it was too old to find parts for, its a 2000 model. I took it to another place and they got my outboard up and going for $ 300. They had no problem finding the parts. Going to sail and ski was a waste of my $ and time.
