I’ll never come back to this location. Came in on a Sunday night and was told by the hostess it would probably be 15 minutes before we could get a table. She looked pretty frazzled and was obviously by herself with about 20 people standing around waiting to be sat. 15+ minutes go by and people who arrived after us are getting sat, I had to say something to the girl. By this point she had some manager with her trying to help who didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. Once we’re getting sat we realize the entire dining room is empty. There’s maybe 4 tables total, so why did we have to wait 15 minutes? Our server took her time coming over and then took twice as long to get our drinks(we ordered water…) and the entire time we have no silverware. When I got up and asked for some silverware our server told us «we don’t have any right now, we’re working on it» excuse me?! There’s no one in the restaurant! How have you run out of silverware? Added to that our food took 30ish minutes to arrive on a SLOW Sunday night. I work in the food industry and if one person(specifically a manager) had apologized or offered an explanation or paid any attention to us things might have been smoother. But no. The service wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either, the only person I truly saw working was the poor hostess who was left alone with no help whatsoever. This place used to be great, what happened?!

They have some sort of call center handling their takeout orders, being run by employees that aren’t sure of their own name, much less their menu. I tried to order online after being put on hold for minutes with the call center, and then saw that the IH10 location doesn’t take online ordering. I’ve had their food before, it’s good, but not worth the hassle. I just ordered from zios instead.
