Talk about a storage solution for the 21^st century. I absolutely love the fact that I am no longer paying for a $ 100 dollar a month for storage unit and instead paying less than half of that to store all my belongings with Remote Garage. AND it is on demand. Love this service.

Great Service! I stored some items that my daughter had gotten from a friend for her wedding which is not happening for 6 months. This service was really perfect. They promptly brought the boxes to my office, The boxes were much larger than the banker’s boxes that I usually use and very sturdy. I loaded the items into the boxes, and Remote Garage picked them up within an hour.

Remote Garage delivered in every way imaginable. They were prompt, accommodating, fast, and affordable. This type of service has never existed before, to my knowledge. Jaakko is brilliant for coming up with this solution. I will never use a traditional storage unit again as long as I live in San Antonio (or wherever else this business expands to). Bins were delivered to my apartment, and all I had to do was pack them and label them… and Jaakko personally (along with some help), returned to pick up the bins and safely transport and store them at a secure destination. I am so impressed and grateful for such a wonderful business. It was such a pleasure to work with Remote Garage, and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

My girlfriend goes to Trinity and she used Remote Garage to store her stuff for when she went abroad. It was super easy for her to store her clothes and her bike so I asked them if I could store some music equipment that I don’t use very often. And they said they could! Good business, very responsive. I’m moving apartments and I’ll definitely use them again to store stuff I don’t need all the time.

As a medical student living in an apartment, the little space I have runs out quickly. I stored some extra camping gear I don’t regularly use and some winter clothes I know I won’t be needing for awhile in Texas. I don’t really have enough stuff to need a whole self storage unit and let’s be honest, I don’t want to be going to a sketchy storage unit by myself late at night. Plus, I don’t have to worry about the time wasted traveling back and forth between a storage unit. Since it’s pay-​by-​the-​box storage, I actually saved money too!
You can tell these guys really care about their customers and providing the best service. If you have any trouble with your order, you can just call or email them and they will try to work something out.
One feature I really like is that they allow you to see your storage inventory online. You just take pictures of what’s in your box or write out a description. This is something that’s unique from other storage options and very useful for me because I tend to forget where in the world I put things.

What a great service! We have extremely limited storage in our 100-​year-​old house, and our bins of Christmas decorations take up valuable space. Fortunately, we met the owner of this business and learned how easy it is to store bins with him. They picked up the stuff at no charge, and will deliver it back when we need it. Lots of easy online tools, too. I may go back to them to store extra clothing (we have a lot of costume pieces) since they make this very easy. Check them out!
