I didn’t get my car repaired here but I still had a good experience. JoAnn at the front counter went above and beyond to help my situation.

Ladies in the front are rude and very poor customer service. The guys are more friendly and always check if everything’s okay. Don’t expect great customer service from the ladies in the front especially Joann

DONOTTAKEYOURCARHERE. EVER! This place is a sham. They held my car hostage(and no, I am not exaggerating) for 2 months and still did not fix it. I got rear-ended by a car and was told to take my car here because I didn’t have a lot of options due to the time of the accident and what tow lots were open. They took their sweet time doing everything and found one problem after another which prolonged my car being there. They were great with keeping me informed in the beginning but then dropped off the face of the planet the second month that they had my car. I had to call and request information from them which is not the way things should work, but no one could tell me what the new problems were to prolong my car being there. Everyone there seems to blame someone else or, which is the most common, claim to be oblivious. When I was finally told that my car was ready by the supervisor(Adam), I went in and immediately noticed that there was a major structural problem that should have been noted by anyone that knew how to do their job properly. So I was told to come back the next day and it would be fixed. The following day I came back and it was somewhat better than what it had been although the body work looked like it had been done by a toddler. Either way, I took my car and left because I didn’t want to have them keep it any longer given that they had long enough to fix things properly and chose not to. Immediately I knew that there was something wrong with the car upon driving it and contacted the manager(Alex) and took it to Gunn Nissan as soon as I could to have them check over everything ProCare had done. So far there have been 3 – 4 problems found that ProCare missed or that they claimed they fixed but didn’t. I think that’s insurance fraud, but my insurance is looking into it and things will sort themselves out in time. When I got my itemized bill from ProCare I was told to calculate the amount of labor hours for both paint and body to figure out the number of days it should have taken for them to complete my car and it came out to 20 days. 20 days and 60 days are lightyears apart, I’m not sure why no one at ProCare thought that this was odd. Maybe it’s because they are used to holding people’s cars hostage. Regardless, this is not at all the way to run a decent business. I do want to note that the manager, Alex, has been a great help and has been understanding with my complaints. I suggested to him that maybe everyone should be fired and start from scratch because even his supervisor underneath him, Adam, isn’t good for squat. Who really knows how far the corruption in this business goes. Scary. Also, it is worth a mention to read the reviews that have been hidden because one paints the same picture as what I just went through with them. This seems to be a common theme with them.
