Auto Air And Axle in San Antonio is professional, helpful, and have excellent service. My repairs have never taken more than a couple of days.
I brought in my vehicle a second time to them with brake problems and air conditioning cooling issues that had been worked on last year, but were no longer under their 1 year warranty. Fortunately for me, they went the extra mile, and covered it under warranty even though it was two months past. They found the issues and repaired them for a nominal fee.
They made me feel like I was a valued customer, and went that extra bit out of their way to keep me happy. I will definitely be coming back in the future, I feel like this is one shop that deserves my continued business.
Special thanks to Maria for helping us out, keeping us up to date, and staying late to wait for me to pick up my car!

The owner, Keith is really nice. Unfortunately, people make mistakes. I ordered a compressor, the new one I purchased completely looked the same as my old one, but it was the wrong one. I had to go back to this place two times. They got it ordered, the next day. It eventually broke, but I had a warranty. I went back without a receipt and they gave us some hassle but good thing the owner remembered us because without your receipt, they say they can’t help you. He ordered us a new one, again, next day service but it works great.
Sometimes when they are busy, the women staff can be rude. I would still go back, since the rest of the staff is very nice and always help answer my questions.

This is such a great place with people who listen and care about getting your car running right! Great customer service and prices. You can tell that the management cares about the customer as well as the employees.
