1 server for the whole restaurant… Really? 4 pizzas on the buffet table with about 70% of the place filled… Salad bar sucked! The tomatoes and onions looked older then my grandma! No joke! Not impressed with this location and will not be back or recommend it.

Really you’re going to charge me $.50 for Parmesan take away packets? I should have just walked away with my pizza because they didn’t know if I paid online or not this place is a joke

Fantastic customer service, my order was ready perfectly on time, and we got home with it still hot! We got the party box deal– pizza, bread sticks with marinara, and cinnamon sticks with icing dip– all for $ 11.91! The food was delicious and fed our family of 4 perfectly.

Where is the 0 stars when you need it? Well I’m extremely disappointed yet again, about 3 months ago we ate buffet there and they ran out of pizza!!! Ordered some delivery last month and it was way late, but I felt like these guys could use and other chance. Well today is the last chance, ordered at 4:22 got the pizza at 5:36 and as you can see in the photo… it’s burnt to top it off. Maybe this place just needs new management because talking to them when we have had a problem hasn’t seemed to help. Good luck Pizza Hut on Walzem I hope you guys make some improvements and I can return till then… guess it’s papa johns on pizza nights!

My expectations weren’t high, but they were still not satisfied. I placed a delivery order online from a nearby hotel(5 minutes) and I got a call quickly, confirming the order. Their online ordering system only let you select Thousand Island dressing but I put a «Special Request» in to ask for Ranch, and I confirmed that on the phone. Pizza and salad took an hour and 15 minutes to show up, and the cheese was close to congealed. Salad showed up with, sure enough, Thousand Island dressing. And they didn’t throw in that little packet of plastic utensils. Sigh. Why two stars and not one? They got the pizza toppings right.

So disapointed with this pizza hut. Hubby placed an order of a single pizza and breadsticks and was told itd be delivered in about 45minutes… over an hour later we desided we better call and as he was dialing their number the door bell rang. I completely understand being busy and running late, I’ve worked before in the food industry and I understand things happen. THEN… we opened the pizza and cheese sticks to find they were cold. And not just like warm, they were COOL. I am not usually a complainer to the point of calking back and talking to a manager but this really was upsetting considering we just paid $ 20 and waited an hour for cold pizza. So I call to let the manager know that I was disappointed and he sstarted giving me tgis whole long story of excuses.- whoch in my opinion is a little unprofessional. I didnt beed to hear about his personal bussiness worries with people quiting and people in the hospital and how his cook was the one doing the deliveries, blah blah blah! Honestly I just wanted to give the feedback about the service I recieved. To try to make things better he offered to ‘fix’ things by remaking and swapping out my pizza. He said it would take literally 15 minutes to get my pizza to me because we dont live very far. But first of all why would I wanna sit there starring at this cold pizza just waiting while a new one comes? I had already waited over an hour and after a long day I was so hungry I was not in the mood to wait to eat any l longer. Second of all… why was it only gonna take 15mins this time when it took so l I ng the first time?! So instead he credited my sccount $ 10– half of what I paid for the cold order– and I thanked him and decided I would just use a different location when using the credit. Which I did.

We just moved in and since we don’t have a kitchen set up yet — we decided to order out. Pizza was the natural decision. We luvs our pizza! While we didn’t have the kitchen unpacked, we did have the internet and tried to order online. Where the online site said that the location did not deliver to our house, which left us scratching our heads since its less than a mile away from our house — we saw it driving in. I think my exact response was a sarcastic, «SERIOUSLY!!!» So we’re lazy. Can’t blame a girl. We’ll pick it up. No biggie. So I try to put an order in online and get an error that«this location does not receive online orders at this time». my response was another, «SERIOUSLY???» After some digging around on the site and then finally a web search, I find the number to the right location only to find out that they DO deliver — no word on the web ordering. The guy who took my order over the phone was cool enough and very helpful — and may I say. we got excellent deal — 3 mediums for 15 bucks. SUHWEET! 55 minutes later, as advised, this stark raving hungry girl answers the door get yummy hot pizza nourishment in exchange for a signature and some cash … only to go into the kitchen and open the box to the 3 worse pizzas I’ve ever laid eyes on. First off. the pizza’s didn’t look like they were fully cooked — none of them. They were heavy with sauce and barely any cheese — which is a crime because one of the pizzas I ordered was a cheese pizza. They were absolutely miserable… and we were totally disappointed. We ate a couple of pieces and then gave the rest of the first medium pizza to our dogs. the other two remain in the fridge untouched. Still pizza lovers. but we are certainly on the hunt for another pizzeria with GOOD Pizza, that delivers… oh. and the ability to order online or on a smart phone. double bonus! Pasta would also be a bonus. We wanted to get some pasta originally instead of so many pizzas, but they only allow you to order a «family size» and the hope was that we could get something a little smaller. The hunt has begun!
