Pizza Hut

No soap in the women’s restroom, door did not close in the men’s. No salad bar, tried to charge us $ 1 for ranch dip. Avoid this location.

I have had nothing but problems with this location. The pizza is always cold and the store is dirty. They forgot to put cheese on my pizza 1 time. I opened to check it before leaving and thought someone was playing a joke on me. I stood there dumb founded. I showed them and they said it was a simple mistake. Mistake? Forgetting cheese is a mistake?! I couldn’t believe it. I will never order again! Domino’s does a better job with their pizzas and aren’t skimpish on toppings. Pizza Hut used to be good but now they are just sloppy

Never ordering from Pizza Hut ever again after dealing with this one. Ordered a $ 10 dinner box for delivery. Was only suppose to be charged $ 13.53 since I gave the driver a cash tip. Instead, I was charged $ 20.53 without my authorization. The staff there is VERY unprofessional. They don’t care because it’s not their money. I’ve talked to numerous managers from there since it happened 3 days ago and nothing. They stole money from me and don’t care. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. And the pizza is gross. Wasn’t even baked properly and was put together very lazily.

Pizza arrived an hour and 20 minutes after ordered. They put two medium pizzas in a large box. It was cold. We ordered ranch with our wings and was given icing which made the wings inedible. One of the pizzas ordered comes with a glaze for the crust. They didn’t put the glaze on before cooking the pizza and just threw it in the box. Called and the call center said the manager was going to call us in a few minutes. At 10pm, an hour before they closed and an hour after I was told the manager was going to call, I decided to head over there. The manager wasn’t working that day and the guy behind the counter didn’t handle the situation well at all and told me I should of brought the order back and that the best he could do was remake one of the pizzas. I told him, that’s why I wanted to talk to the manager. He said he was going to tell me the same thing. Called the call center again and was only given a 25 dollar credit when the order was 37 bucks, I still haven’t received a call from a manager.

These guys have not figured out the delivery piece of the business. I waited 3 hours for a delivery that never came. I had to go to the location to figure out what was going on and it’s turns out they hadn’t even started my order. The EE in charge didn’t really seem to care that after three hours I still hadn’t received my order. Very poor customer service!!!
