Formerly Alamo City medical group. Different name same bad service. I’ve been a patient of theirs for almost 4 years. My latest ordeal and quite possibly my last with them happened 2 weeks ago. I went in for my rescue inhaler and a referral. 7 days later no word from my online pharmacy and no word from my refferal. They didn’t send in my albuterol at all. If I hadn’t called they never would have caught the blunder. 12 days later and still no rescue inhaler. The referral came through… for mid December, 3.5 months away. They are running a numbers machine, push em in and push em out. No thanks I’ll take my health and money elsewhere. I would not recommend them under any circumstance. I was supposed to get a call from the office manager, nothing on that either. There are far too many doctors in town to choose from to put myself in their hands.
