Passed on the buffet. Didn’t look quite as appealing although very cheap at $ 5.50. Ordered of menu the pad thai. Didn’t taste like usual. I guess they had their own recipe. Wasn’t disappointed but expected better.

Ok buffet with standard Chinese buffet fare. Also serving filipino dishes, pancit and pork adobo. Not bad for $ 5.95. Looks a little rough on the outside but its a well kept, comfortable little place on the inside. One of my many lunch spots, and probably your only safe bet for asian buffet in the area.

Great price, good food, and wonderful service. This is a hole in the wall place, but for it being on the west side, a pleasant find. Their buffet is fresh and constantly monitored. Only about 3 or 4 items are mainstays. It is small but more than adequate to please those in search of Asian food.

Thank you Fidel, Jane, Jimmy and crew for the wonderful food! It’s always a great time eating and catching up with ol’ times at your restaurant… whenever we’re in Texas. Lol… sorry Unilocalers… I’m bias… not really a review but a plug for a family friend. Don’t be haters!

A few years ago we ordered a lechon(whole roasted pig) it was amazing. My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary and we had to have a lechon. This is the go to place for filipino style lechon. I would not go anywhere else. 1 star for service 1 star for food 1 star for facilities 1 star overall expiriance O star for restrooms I didn’t visit the rest rooms so I can not rate. You may order lechon for parties.

We LOVE this place! The food are so delicious, once you taste them, you will always come back! The food stays warm, the quality is outstanding, the staff are great, friendly and they always attend to your needs. Looking for a venue?, this place has a karaōke, a dance area, dining place for around 100 people. I didn’t have the DJ that time, but had an iPhone with playlists and pandora one, yes we dance all night long. Thanks to the sound system of the place, it’s Bluetooth accessible. We had several celebrations in this place, our family and friends LOVE it! And the good thing, when they asked on how much did I pay? Wow, you wouldn’t believe it! Thank you very much, Jimmy, the owner for making my 50th birthday, sooooooo memorable! Super THUMBSUP! #agreatplacetocelebrate

We were nervous about this one– definitely a hole in the wall, but well worth checking out. I would do 3.5 if I could. Usually not a buffet fan, but these were good selections in small quantities and were refreshed several times. The green beans were really fresh and the sauce was lightly. The pork with tomato sauce and potatoes was probably the only Filipino thing(?) and very good flavor. The glass noodles were really good with lots of veggies. My companion’s favorite was also the green beans with pork. Big glass of iced tea– very nice and a good spot for lunch if you are in the neighborhood(I was at St Mary’s college)

I personally love this place. They have a small lunch buffet that still offers about 20 different items that are homemade and fresh. BBQ ribs are served on Tuesdays and Chicken Adobo on Wednesdays. Some items change daily but most are consistent day after day. However, I have been coming here for years and the service has always been stellar and the food is consistently great. Their full menu consists of Chinese, Thai and Filipino food as well. I even moved away for about a year and when I came back the owner asked where I’d been and why I hadn’t come by, she even said, «I was just thinking about you the other day and wondered how you were.» Now, that is great customer service. The restaurant is clean and has a very comfortable feel to it. I enjoy coming here and plan to do so for many years to come.

A coworker recommended this place so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant is located in a not so lovely neighborhood so I didn’t have any expectations for the food at all. The restaurant has Chinese/filipino lunch buffet daily for just $ 5.50. However, they only cook chicken adobo on Wednesdays. I came here solely for the Filipino part of the buffet b/c my standard for Chinese food is usually way too high for most of the Chinese restaurants in SA. The restaurant looks like a hole in the wall type of ghetto scary place from the outside. But I must say the inside looks a million times better than the outside. One thing I wish they’d change is the seat cover which appeared old and dirty. The buffet is rather small but you do have some fresh and decent selections here. I got the chicken adobo, pancit from the filipino side and some string beans from the Chinese side. I have to admit the food is quite tasty. Again, I am not here for the Chinese food so I can’t comment on it much. But based on the few items I tried, it is really just typical Americanized Chinese which I am not fond of. However, the Filipino food is way more tasty and satisfying than expected. The owner/server is filipino and very friendly. The location is convenient and the price is more than reasonable. You will probably see me again on one of the Wednesdays here indulging myself in the chicken adobo. Overall, good discovery!

You can’t beat lunch buffet that’s $ 5.50!!! Not everything was fried either, and the ones that were… weren’t drenched in oil. Food was excellent.

A very huge restaurant, but definitely not being used to it’s capacity. I honestly feel that this restaurant would thrive in a much better location. The variety of food to pick from and the quality of the food is actually pretty decent, but nothing to rave about. The menu does really live up to its name due to the fact that it actually offers dishes from various Oriental countries. From what I remember, they serve Chinese, Thai, Filipino and I think Korean food here. But, I went here to check out the Filipino food. The price is reasonable for the portion you get. As for the food, it’s decent but I would expect more. The chicken adobo and pinakbet were good, but were cooked a little from the ones I’m accustomed to, but that might just be because different regions of the Philippines prepare their food in different variations. As for the restaurant, it is big and can fit a large crowd. The owner is friendly and very informative. The menu has a huge selection to pick from and the store is relatively clean. Overall, the food is satisfactory and if I’m ever in the area, I’ll definitely come back.

I have eaten here a few times and even though it is a small place it has the standard no surprises Chinese fare, affordable and clean/fresh. The owner is also your waitress and your cashier. She moves efficiently and is very polite. Two TV’s with CNN on — menu or all you can eat buffet. The drink is in a large cup so she doesn’t have to come back to your table — helpful as she is the only waitress. Her husband I assume is the chef, with around 8 to 10 hot entrees on the buffet, two styles of rice in the rice cookers and there is always something original on the buffet as well as the normal dishes and desserts. Fruit/salad buffet stuff also. If your ever in the area — why I don’t know — it’s a great place for Oriental cuisine.
