I’ve been to this Olive Garden a few times and the only thing I disliked about coming to this location is the wait time to get a table. My most recent experience was with my mom and I Valentine’s Day weekend. It was our girls night out and decided to come here. It was the beginning of the lent season so there was a less crowd for a Friday evening. Usually the wait is about 40 – 45 minutes but consider lent season the wait was 25 – 35 minutes. They also offered half price wine while you wait, so it’s not all that bad. Once we were called we got a two seater booth which was pretty small. We were quickly greeted but the waitress and got our drinks pretty quick. I ordered the taste of Italy plate with lasagna, cheese ravioli, and fettuccine Alfredo. My mom ordered the spaghetti parmigiana. Our salad and breadsticks were sent right away as well as our food. The service has been pretty consistent. They were friendly and helpful. Based on this experience it really does depend on the time and season you come to avoid crowds. Best Olive Garden restaurant in SA!

Yes, I know this is a chain/franchise restaurant and a lot of people may lambaste me for going there and giving it a 5 star rating. Here’s my reasoning — fair prices for lunch, quick service and consistent quality food. The all you can eat salad and soup for lunch is a great deal and you can also choose from several lunch entrees and choose EITHER all you can eat soup OR all you can eat salad with it. The bottom line is I dig this place. ‘Nuff said?

Well, after the OG Unilocalers experience, I gave it a bit of time to settle and bring my wife to experience the new Olive Garden fare. They didn’t disappoint this time either! Had a gift card to use, so we put it to work. We had the smoked mozzarella fondue appetizer with the endless pasta bowl for the main. After only one fill of pasta, I was stuffed like a ravioli(and that is unprecedented!). No dessert, and took the rest of the meal home. Wife was in the mood for something familiar, so we really didn’t try anything other than the app, which was delicious(if my wife smiles at each bite, I *know* it’s good!). Mary was our server, who did nothing less than her best to make sure we were happy, and we left quite satisfied! I personally believe that Olive Garden is well on its way to fully redeeming itself after being a mediocre, big corporate Italian restaurant for a long time. Keep up the improvements, OG!

I really don’t want to give a star today but can’t do less. I had the worst service today! I’ve been to this location several times and usually very happy but today was unbelievable! Upon being seated, we had a great waitress Taylor come by and greet us. She was very prompt with our drink orders and explaining the menu. Not but 5 minutes later, a waiter Brandon came by and said he was our waiter. He didn’t even bother to ask me what I was drinking or if I had any questions about the menu. Then proceeded to walk off. Someone else brought out our drinks and then Taylor took our food order. Brandon brought out my soup but it was literally from the bottom of the batch and was super salty and greasy. Maybe 10 minutes later I received another bowl. Then someone else brought out my pasta. He never came by to check on us. The waitress for the table next to us had probably checked on that table at least 3 – 5 other times. My pasta bowl was literally all sauce and inedible but since Brandon never came by, he didn’t realize I wasn’t satisfied with our meal. When I finally pushed the bowl away, he came by to ask if I wanted it boxed and wanted my check. I wanted a bowl of pasta with the sauce on the side so I could actually eat my lunch. The replacement bowl took another 15 minutes so by then my toddler was antsy and I couldn’t even eat my lunch and had to have it boxed up. Another waiter came and boxed up the pasta and chicken but left the sauce and breadsticks for me to bag up for myself. And no one asked if we were ready for the check. I had to pay on the table computer on my own. I wasn’t even sure who the tip would go to since I had 3 different waiters. Worst experience ever today and I’m leaving starving!

We were seated in the very back of the restaurant which had more of a party room feel. The noise from table conversations was deafening. We couldn’t hear our server or our own table conversation. Lightening was nonexistent except on the walls. We were overcharged for an extra meal and they didn’t want to reverse the charge or give us cash back so they gave us a gift card for the price of the meal. In essence they still got our money. So done with Olive Garden.

Tried the new Pumpkin Cheesecake dessert and it was amazing. Normally I’m not a cheesecake fan, but I’ve to admit it is out of this world. Well done Olive Garden!

So, before tonight, I hadn’t been in an Olive Garden in. .15ish years?? The old favorite familiar characteristics are still there — helloooo never-ending soup/salad/breadsticks! And hey there, Tour of Italy. .I’m back, how ya been?! — but my old high school friend has adulted *very* well, and has been well-served by a bit of a make-over . The staff was incredibly gracious in presenting a large group of Unilocalers a multi-course meal to introduce a new refreshed seasonal menu. I got there a bit too late for the chicken parm sammiches-upon-breadsticks(sadface!), or the risotto crisps, but my world was absolutely righted via pasta. Immediately. Alfredo pasta, with a dollop of fantastic pesto, topped with fresh diced tomato? ! Put that in my facehole! Lots of that. Many other dishes were served, but that particular pasta dish was clearly the across-the-board favorite. So. Much. Food. Who’s got 2 thumbs and will have THE best lunch in the office tomorrow? ? Mmmmhmmm…this girl. I’ll definitely see you again *soon*, new-found old friend!

Service was great except we were offered sauces with bread stick but wasnt told there will be a charge for it. In a middle of dinner our server was changed. Oh ok! But food was delicious and thats why i gave 4. Kids absolutely loved games trivia on those little electronic devices on each table. Wish it didnt cost money though.

Tonight’s service was horrible. I would easily give it 0 stars if possible. Let me make this an easy list… 1: we had a total of 6 servers for our table of 2 customers drinking waters. 2. It took 20 minutes for us to even get breadsticks or salad. When we did get them, they only brought out the salad so I had to ask again for breadsticks. 3. One of the meals: a basic spaghetti with Marinara and meatballs; was made wrong… With sausage links and not meatballs. 4. At this time we still haven’t recieved any cheese on our food or refills on waters 5. When asking for refills on our salad and breadsticks after another 15 minutes; we got hard cold breadsticks. Still no water refills. 6. When asking for manager it took 20 minutes before a manager came to attend to us. 7. They brought out the refill of pasta as the wrong style. But you know what, letting me taste two kinds! Thanks guys. 8. After watching the manager talk to the main server, the server came back to us and was talking about her kids and roaches. Like wtf. 9. when asking if we needed drink refills they asked what we were drinking… Freakin water man, come on. 10. They brought out my friends second plate, which was never asked for, hell she still had over half her plate to eat! All in all, 6 servers, who do I tip, if I only saw one of them more the one time?! And she talked my ear off… About damn roaches

Olive Garden is so underrated. Their pastas are made to order and so flavorful and filling. Their soups are delicious and all of their entrees allow you to get unlimited soup or salad. you will not be disappointed! This particular location has a ziosk so(without a waitress) you can order appetizers, deserts, or pay for the food. Plus I was given a sample of wine upon ordering my drink. This was a great dine in experience.

Great service and food. But they need to replace their carpet – maybe substitute for wood floor. It stinks!

I just had my worst service there today! I must say I go there couple time a month and the issues have never been big or important to complain however this time was THEWORST. Me and my other 2 sister decided to go there just for a snack. so we got 2 glasses of wine, the sampler 3 and of course Disregarding the fact that my server forgot the lemon with my water, no onion on the salad and my sister’s wine he also over charged us by charging us 3 time(6.29) for the salad. When I asked why he said because there is 3 of you and I gave a refill! Knowing he made a mistake he calls his manager. The manager says he made a mistake and should have charged you(three $ 3.99) because there is 3 of you. I was okay to pay that only of he would have actually done it. No, he changed one of them to 3.99 and kept the rest the I paid almost $ 20 for a salad! Seems like that location does not understand the concept of unlimited salad!

I was dining solo, and wanted to sit at a booth. There was a dirty booth in the bar, so I asked if it could be cleaned. The hostess called for a busser, but I waited awhile and no one came to clean it. I asked to be seated in the dining area at that point. I asked to be seated at a booth. I was told that they only had 2 booths available in the section I was to be seated at and unfortunately both were dirty but I could wait for them to be cleaned and they could call me back at that time. I said forget it and was seated at a table. A substantial amount of time passed and I was never acknowledge. I decided to leave. I told the manager and she apologized sincerely, and offered to comp my meal. All I ordered to eat was the chicken gnocchi soup. It came out barely warm and with just ½ of a piece of gnocchi. I didn’t complain since it was free. I ate most of it and asked for a second bowl. That bowl was delicious. The soup was hot and had several bits of gnocchi. The two dirty booths previously mentioned did not get cleaned until after I was served my soup.

The food was all right, but I won’t note anything amazing or unique. I’ve really had better food than this. I felt like there was a lot of salt on the food. The service looked super busy, it was defntly crowded on a Sunday. But we had no problem with the wait to our seats. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to an Olive Garden, and the atmosphere was almost like the old back-in-the-day Sizzler. In other words, crowded with a bunch of kids walking around and yelling. It’s feeling more diner-like than what it used to be when I was younger. When I was younger, this place used to be a treat after a major celebration. But now, it’s really not. It’s more loud crowded fast-foody place to me.

Was seated after about a 5-minute wait and the service was excellent! I had the eggplant parmesan, and it was great. The salad is always a favorite of mine. Add peach tea and it was a great meal!

Took awhile to get seated but the Mgr Roland graciously compensated out rave with a couple of apps and a dessert for my mom on her birthday, so I was pleased. Food was quality you expect, I’ll be back because of hospitality, Andrew is a very kind server

Just like every other location, except maybe a little prettier… Americanized Italian food in Americanized portions, with relatively good prices, and a commitment to customer service. Start off with a drink at the large wood bar. The bellinis are good, but you can’t go wrong with most options. Smoked fonduta, bruschetta, and stuffed mushrooms are good appetizers. Everyone has a preference for the entrees, but I usually try something seasonal or whatever their promotional dish is at the time– have found a lot of tasty things that way that I wish were part of the regular menu! If those items don’t grab your eye, the chicken marsala is flavorful and filling, and I also really like the eggplant parmesan. However, if you’re able to stop by for lunch, the soup and salad combo is bomb– always go with the zuppa Toscana. I know there are a lot of people who knock this place for not being«authentic» or for being too commercialized, or whatever, and say what you will about that because their food is still good and you know what you’re coming here for– hint, it’s the carby breadsticks, not a culinary trip to the Italian countryside.
