This store is staffed with rude, snarky employees. I made a purchase and was so disgusted by the behavior of the employees that I immediately returned my items.

I love this brand but have had mixed experiences with the staff/​customer service at this location. Thoughi t’s not their fault, I can’t seem to remember where they’re located and spend more time finding the store than I do inside of it shopping.
In any case, I have been a handful of times and seem to run into problems more often than not. Minor things, usually, but when all is said and done, I prefer to order online and limit my in-​store visits to when I have sizing issues/​questions.
As for the minor customer service issues, I’ve had difficulty finding an employee to help me a couple of times, and most recently had a frustrating experience with a cashier with an attitude problem– only to get home and find that the airhead hadn’t removed the security tag from my pants, which made me unable to wear them to a job interview. Still not sure if that was an intentional move on her part. When I went back to have it removed, the manager was great about the situation and apologized, but it was a major inconvenience.
As for the brand itself: the clothes are well made and there are constant sales and coupons going around, so you never actually pay full price. Oh, and if you’re a teacher, even better: you get a flat discount on any items that aren’t actually on sale! Definitely a win for this girl.
That being said, the products themselves are overpriced to accommodate this discount/​coupon situation, so try not to go too crazy.

Service is what we got coming here. Staff was on it. There is a good selection for sizes up to 18. I’m told the sizes run a little large so if you are larger, there is hope here. It is a little pricey but the clothing is well made.
